I am visiting Nalees E Seva center in kadamalaikundu in past 1 week. He says daily come tomorrow and also, he is not picking the call. Totally waste of time due this type of worst Nalee's Eseva center.

Today I am going to apply for gas connection under PM Ujjwal Yojana then, I see that the GAS connection has been made in my name without my Confirmation. My GAS consumer ID is -[protected]/[protected](INDRAJYOTI GAS SERVICE). Currently I have no gas. They did not give me any gas. This is my special request to you. Make arrangements for me to get this gas……

Untrained staff, slow work and unprofessional moreover manager is unskilled without any management knowledge and no manners to deal customer in tight situations.. no doubt it will shut soon or bombarded great number of negative reviews, if mentained with Same staff....

Only one counter working while others are free

Hi sir,
I went to pay electricity bill at ramnagar eseva today. I have seen only one counter working for all certificates, bills and all purposes..while others were not sitting in their place after waiting for more than 20 minutes..one guy opened another counter while laughing saying you are working alone so i came in..it it not they job to be at desk in working hours..i went around 5:30 pm.
They have a very callous attitude please check once you will know.

Require online time allotment system

I lost my mobile number so I have to change it to another number link with aadhar and I have to change my name in aadhar but they are providing token system, per day they provide only 20 token.
If I'm taking time for that one day salary will be reduced from our company management.
If I'm asking some questions they will give worst answers and no respect.
Please make online time allotment system.

Eseva working on Recommendations

Hi there,
I have visited eseva for phone updation. Early morning I took the token and I was working from as it is a huge number. Again I went at 3:30pm and they said it's a missing number so you have to wait. That's fair enough. I was waiting there and it's been like 15min my friend came for the same purpose. He had recommendation of his father who knows the only male employee there. He directly went to him asked for fresh form filled it and gave it to him. And this employee goes to some other employee to refer this form. My number 44 and his no number. Within 5min he is done with the work said bye to me and went off. Now I'm eagerly waiting here for my turn as I'm a common man. I couldn't do anything. I can't yell at female employees there. It took nearly 1.5hrs for me. So I just want to know whether which type of recommendations are encouraged putting common people beside?? CM reference ?? PM reference?? We can't get those so what can we do for same treatment there at Suchitra eseva center??
I don't know whom to ask !! I was silent !! I searched web of there is a solution soni found this complaint link. I had no photos no videos. There would be CCTV footage. That would help I think.

Registering sub dividion survey numbers for online applicaion for Patta
While I was trying to apply for patta online the subdivision survey number option is erratic. My survey number for 3 of my recently regularised ploats are 14/4 but I am unable to key in 4 as the options given are 4A 1 to 4 A 4. None of them would accept 4. The concerned Tashildhar has signed the document without verifying the error. The concerned surveyor didn't take the calls or responded to my messages..I want to lodge a complaint as being 71 year old I am unable to travel to Viluppuram Dt. where the mistake was comitted. It is obvious that the taluk office is not addresing legitimate issues

Raghavendar rao, who works for the greenland electricity department, begumpet verbally abuses people while collecting electricity payments. He doesn’t have respect to people. This is not the first time he’s doing this. Government workers are meant to help people but this disrespectful crook misbehaves with people. Is this the kind of officials government is supposed to hire. Last week he even verbally abused a widow. He needs to be immediately removed from his job and should be taught a lesson.

Went for aadhaar mobile no. change in e-seva center at Jeevakona road near leela mahal, Tirupati with all the required docs and filled application
It was around 4 pm when I contacted staff for the same. He replied " If you wait till 6:30 pm and by then if I have patience, I'll take the request"
What if he doesn't get patience ?
Where are we yet?
In digital India, why public servants are not getting upgraded?
Why citizens have to wait for so long despite rapid technology revolutions?
Why people working at govt. Offices are so negligent even in this modern world?
This all happens because talented and eligible candidates do not sit at govt. Offices, and this is the cause of caste based Indian Reservation system

And also esevasupport has not give any clarity, upto the information given by the internet banking org.

I visited Deepthi SREE Nagar e seva to apply for a cast certificate. But they refused to take application and asked us to go to some other e seva. Really feeling disgusting.

We can apply in any e seva. We know this. But y e seva people don't know this.??? They want to truble people.

online payment process of current bill is not going through

While trying to pay current bill online through meeseva.gov.in it's not processing because of which current bill payment is delayed and one of the employees of TSSPDCL working in Kalyan Nagar Venture-III cut the power to house without any intimation and didn't take bill payment initially, took the bill payment after so many requests along with the additional amount of 75 rupees. At last he didn't give bill to us. You can check the history of bill payment for S NO:SZ104278, USC:[protected] from last 2 years. The online process was good up to April-2015.

In my recent travel iN the bus no 9299. The bus conductor was caught selling illegal tickets to deliquents. When questioned by felow passenger he started threatening them. In a bus capcity of 36, 45 people were stuffed. The delinquents picked a fight with the fellow passengers. You are requested to take strict action. Please respect the safety of your citizens.

Electricity bill was deducted twice

I paid electricity bill through eseva online and the amount was deducted twice from my account. I tried calling up their customer care but no one responded properly. I also sent a mail to eseva.[protected]@gmail.com but there has been no reply on that yet.

worst experience with the workers over there in e-seva

China Gantyada e-seva (gajuwaka, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh). The people who are working over there are very rude towards the people. they don't care about the problems that which are being faced by us. It has been already 2 months since i have got epic number for voter id. From there on frequently am going to that e-seva. But they don't even care to say what the problem is.. Am sick of going around those. It's better for government to stop publishing that e-seva or mee-seva is to serve people! Really its damn irritating. Please someone look into this and solve this issu.. Thank You

Not generating EC

I applied for Encumbrance Certificate on 08 Nov 2012 vide Transaction Id: T[protected]. It has to be delivered within 4 to 5 working days, whereas till date it has not been viewed by concerned authority and not giving any remarks. I am visiting e-seva centre Alwal, Hyderabad frequently to enquire about the status of the application and they are telling not yet updated the status and there are no remarks also.
Request take up the matter for early action of my application.

Bad Experience in Sanath Nagar eseva

I went to Sanath Nagar e-Seva to apply for Income Certificate, I went to manager and ask her the documents what i enclosed are correct or wrong and she replied i don't know, take token and submit at the counter, so i did the same thing when i went to the counter,Operator just see the application she doesn't tell that the documents are correct or not, she just replied i don't know, and moreover she don't know how to operate that service because i experience in live,Again I went to the MRO Office and find out the details and came to eseva and submitted the form. I waste one day full of time, If the Staff of e-Seva is good and responsible to the Service it may not happened,Requesting Management should take care in training the staff....

I am writing this to inform that only one lady is working in Rajendranagar E-seva
No one is there to respond.I called several times to their Landline number[protected] about some information..it is not working..finally i went to e seva..i got an worst reply from that lady...no staff sir,will u come after 3 days for your voter id .already 30 people are there to pay some bills etc
They have 5 or 6 computers on tables is handling by one lady.
There is no attender who issues a token!!

E seva srivice made for fast service for the people but the employees behavior to words people are worst no. timings are followed by the employees. E seva timings are 10.30 to 5 but employees comes at 12 and close the e seva by 3 giving silly reasons for that they don't have electricity as one of the staff member closes the electricity main and they fool people easy . They just make dealy for their work as I came here for adhar card update and I'm coming here since a week they just easily say come on next say come on Monday . Strict action should be taken on this employees. Is this way government is helping the people govt should know about this

I was waiting for six months to lay eyes on my pan card.Now e-seva's service is in such a sorry state I can't even know the status of my application, let alone receiving my pan number ...now I'm in such a plight I can't even apply for a new pan card.More than anything i just want to end this predicament now e-seva has now enlightened me not to ever and ever rely on its services.I'm really frustrated cause I may not receive pan for ever, I don't even know if this complaint of mine has any utility but this is one of my many helpless attempts to find a way out.

ESeva, Banjara Hills, Hyd - Rude behaviour
Banjara hills road no 7 Eseva office people's behavious is very rough and rude. They are even throwing the bills on the face of customers.
And the people are not coming even in proper times.
There is no proper complaint book in that office. The Manager of Eseva is taking complaints from people on papers which i feel is not a proper method.
Many people are suffering because of their behaviour.
We request you to look into this issue and do take necessary actions from your end.

It looks like E-Seva is functioning on their own. Seems there is no accountability.
Staff are not following timings and the answer we get is - 'operator has left or Operator is on leave'.
Manager has also lied to me about timings. I had spent almost complete day trying to submit passport form without success. They have their own rules which are no-where mentioned on the Passport Website.

even i faced a worsed experiance at santosh nagar branch nor the staff, manager and the commissioner mr nandakishore is bothered about the bahavior of the staff they treat the customer that they are doing a faviour to us, working and behaviour is pathetic it is because that their is no control on them.if this will continue definetly they have to close branch one day.
I had to encounter a similar Rude behavior at E-seva Ramnagar .When I refused a torn fifty rupee note from a lady at the counter, she started abusing me and ultimately made a big issue of it.
i faced a wierd problem. B.Bhagya lakshmi of vijaypuri branch tarnaka gives no information to any of the customers . On repeatedly asking she abused me with foul language and threatend me. I approached the police upon which she conveniently shed tears to distract the officer and fled form the office at 4pm itself. I have however contacted the manager and given a typed complaint upon which all the other customers signed the letter as they have beeen put through similar insults by her. I hope she is taken out of her job so that general public do not face such trouble.
my grandpa has faced similar problem with this lady. She yelled at hm since he did not have change to pay the bill. She made him wait till she ate her lunch and then told him to arrange chenge by himself or leave without paying the bill

E-seva — Moti Nagar Branch opened at 8.50 on 3rd June
E-seva should open at 8.00 AM and the branch opened the gates at 8.50 A.M. The cause is KEY missing. We need to go to offices by 9.00 A.M. Almost one hour of the costomers are wasted. i am living in renigunta. i went to regional me seva center in renigunta for oter card print out, but staff working there didnot respond properly.they tell me come after 5 o clock but they closed me seva office at 4 oclock.pleas warn the staff.

Manager here is the worst manager I have ever come through, he acts as If he is a mafia leader!!
They have 6 or 7 computers, out of which only 4 are in condition. They do not work properly and meet the public needs.

they did not gave my voter id card, i want my card
E-seva — receipt for payment not printed
no receipt is printed for the payment made by me online. pl send the same to my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com internet transaction no.NET[protected] on 14.10.10 through ICICI Bank in Online through Eseva for AT transco current bill for 0910 0208 rupees 469 pain. In the bank transation it was showing that on[protected] paid for 0910 0208. But it was not posted in eseva recipt. please verify
paid electricity bill through ICICI bank[protected] for[protected] on 14.10.10 But it was not shown in the list of bills paid
no receipt is printed for the payment made by me online. pl send the same to my email id [protected]@gmail.com internet transaction no.NET[protected]
for online payement, few banks only available.try to provide more banks like SBH, SBI, Andra bank...etc
eseva, moti nagar branch — irresponsible and arrogant behaviour
Just waited in long queue for E.C and politely asked for the receipt w.r.to E.C but they said Printer is not working for many days. Approached daily to get the receipt but they refused to talk and arrogantly behaved with people. They are playing cards in e-seva center, mothinagar. yes u r right. even i faced similar problem at survey of india e-seva branch. i have applied for a pancard on 6/8/12 and till now i havent got it and moreover i am trying to track the status but it says invalid number. when i took this issue to the manager, he was not ready to respond to me and he was just helpless and useless for me, not only me but also to the customers who faced similar problem .these eseva centers are . they really dont work they just grab money from customers and sleep as good as they r in the midnight sleep.
I did change my voter id address in online.that is changed but my voter not give in motinagar, Sr nagar and sanath nagar.

Meerpet eseva near TRR school (Almasguda) saroor nagar mandal this people are charging heavy servicing charges against any trasations, as i paid 200 rs for getting an police clearence challen which is cost at 130 rs only, when i asked this people the are ready for any complaints challenging, and they are rude, and arrogant, i hope If government is not sleeping kindly take necessary action against such eseva/meseva centers as they are robbing the citizens a lot .
I request the surrounding people of meerpet villages, dont go to the Meerpet eeseva/meseva, better u can choose the balapur x road eseva center as they take reasonalble price as per govt rules ...

I was applied for learning license slot for 3 rd may 2014 against the Appliciton Number AP331/407006/2014/L on[protected]. But i didn't received any electronic slot booking slip. So, kindly send the same to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com.
Today on 22.04.2014, I went to MEE SEVA at MALAKPET to take Voter ID Card registered on my family name. The
concerned person given Card out of which in one Voter ID Card photo in not all visible and when I questioned about the same and he refused to give fresh card but on my opposition along with the other person who were standing with me, he was forced to give fresh printout and in the fresh printout the photo was visible.
This shows the negligence on the part of the mee seva that the person sitting there are not able to run the computer system properly. The mee seva staff forced me to pay voter ID Card fee for fresh card even though it was their fault. I have paid only because due to my arguments other person who are waiting there time was wasting. But I am not supposed to pay for it but I have paid as the matter was for just Rs.10/-.
The other thing is that the Consumer Helpline Number should be displayed in every Mee Seva so that if there will be any grievance or Not supporting by the Mee Seva official the aggrieved person may contact the authority for his/ her grievance or for Complaint,
because the MEE SEVA person are under the impression that they can do any thing as if they are the head and no one can compliant against them.
The concerned person should take initiative and Consumer Helpline number should be displayed on each and every
Mee Seva so that aggrieved may approach the concerned authority.

This is the complaint against e-seva situated outside the LB Nagar Circle Office (Saroornagar CPDCL office premises) dealing with all the transactions of MRO Saroornagar and LB Nagar Circle GHMC besides other services. Whenever we go there, the staff say that there are understaffed and already they have files to be attended and advice us to come again. Last 10 days, we visited the place more than 20 times. However outside the MRO Office to do the work at e-seva. For their services they charge Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2000. The file if it is given to them, in 10 minutes the work in e-seva is completed. Thus the e-seva Saroornagar is in the hands of a mafia gang. Is there anybody to look into this complaint

KPHB e-Seva center is WORST response from the all Mahila Woman in the office. They have kept the mind (internal) strategy that, there will be 100's of customers every day, so for the first 10 (few) customer's they will respond nicely (that to depends on their mood of working) and there on they will not be able to answer slowly to the customers so, they will be shouting at the customers for any of their queries/concerns/services. I wonder how they will behave with public by the Evening (by EoD). :(
Who will be the supreme to come and make all these so called public servants (like these type of Govt Employees) to punish and make them work for public. I strongly feel that, It is better to set the end date for Any public servants service for 5 years initially and there on based on their service rating from public then they will get year on year continuation. Then at least they will have some fear of attending/working for public services.
Bottom Line - KPHB e-Seva is WORST service from all Mahila employees.

I applied for pan card form e seva that man took 300 rs from me its been 2 months now i havent got my pan card and now that man is saying i am not responsible because it is misplaced its a shame on these people n government . If mistake is happened you should take responsibilty but no these shameless people want money. Traitors to country .
