I had purchased Ksj S530 Smallest Wireless Invisible Mini Bluetooth V4.0 Earphone Earbuds Headset (With Manufacturer Warranty) Black from e Traders. I had received one faulty piece from them as it is not working, not getting on.
My shipment number was 14179786. Now tell me what to do or otherwise I had to file one case in consumer court as e traders numbers on invoice are not in working ....

Full discription of the incident - i received my delivery by 2:45 pm . When i opened the box one side of the headphones is broken. Lots of difference from the display pic and the received one. I ordered for beats pro (Tm), but i got some other dr dre detox and when i played music it is audiable only from one side. One side broken.

Should not cheat customers...

I have received samsung earphone from e-traders which i got ddlivere on 27 jan 2015 i have quickly checked product on my samsung tab 4 but handsfree is not working and even the volume up and volume down key on samsung handsfree is not working pls solve my problm and replace the product ... my contact no is [protected]...
