Dear sir/ma'am,
I booked a maruti baleno car through eagle auto on 21 february 2020 and deposited the entire amount with them. But even after 6 months had passed, there was no sign of booking.
After so much complaint and discussion with the dealer, he is not returning my car money, i am getting false promises, disappointments and 'mental tortures'. Rajiv cr sharma and mrs niharika are all big cheaters.
So i request you to please take action and help me get my money back

I have paid 219000 in first week of march 2019 for booking and delivery of ertiga zxi+ car to me.
I have been chasing them for last 7 months so far they did not deliver my car. Last week we personally went to basement office of eagle auto and they asked for one week time.
I have warned them to either deliver car or refund my money with penal interest.
Any other suggestion by any one? I will register fir against eagle auto next week.

They are a bunch of shameless utterly non sense and dishonest people who believe only in duping people, actually they are doing broad daylight robbery. It was my mistake that I gave the full amount of 9 lakhs for csd car and all I got was false promises, disappointment and 'mental torture'. All 4-5 of them are running a big time fraud. Sanjay Pandit, Nirmal Sharma, Rajeev Kr Sharma and this girl with them who's actual name is still unknown they all are so used to it that for FIR they reply "you are most welcome to Lodge the complaint against us"
The same money they invest in their other firm by the name of BRAL infra and developers.
Also created a fake website http://eagleauto.yolasite.com/
Still waiting for my money after months of chasing.
