Dear NHAI Team,

Today at 6:52am at Karnal Toll Plaza hour team member has forcefully charged twice the amount of toll fees apart from paying the toll fees through fasttag.

You can check the same as the amount from my fasttag has been debited at 6:52am but still the toll executive forced us to pay through cash and said that our fasttag is blocked we have to pay through cash.

I was travelling on NH-9 by vehicle No. UP-14 EM 3340 on 22/11/2020, in the morning at Chhijarsi Fee Plaza Rs.125/- was deducted from my Fast Tag but when I was returning in evening at the same Toll Plaza it was informed to me that fast tag reader is not working.
