Dear NHAI Team,

Today at 6:52am at Karnal Toll Plaza hour team member has forcefully charged twice the amount of toll fees apart from paying the toll fees through fasttag.

You can check the same as the amount from my fasttag has been debited at 6:52am but still the toll executive forced us to pay through cash and said that our fasttag is blocked we have to pay through cash.

Fasttag payment receipt - INR 145 toll paid from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXX7C40 for vehicle no. DL8CBE7664 at Gharonda Toll Plaza on 12/08/23 06:52. Avbl. Bal.: INR902.

Kindly check the same has refund the cash paid amount.

I was travelling on NH-9 by vehicle No. UP-14 EM 3340 on 22/11/2020, in the morning at Chhijarsi Fee Plaza Rs.125/- was deducted from my Fast Tag but when I was returning in evening at the same Toll Plaza it was informed to me that fast tag reader is not working. It was huge jam there and the on duty person asked me to give Rs.125/- in cash. I gave Rs.125/- in cash and on duty person also gave me the receipt (copy enclosed). However, on reaching home when I checked the SMS I found that Rs.65/- has also been deducted from my fast tag at the same toll plaza at the same time. As I was completing my return journey within 24 hours.Rs.65/- instead of Rs.125/-was charged but on duty person treated my journey as single journey and collected Rs.125/- in cash.

Thus, it is evident that the on duty person misguided me and illegally charged Rs.125/- which is totally unfair and against the GOI guidelines. Therefore it is requested to refund Rs.125/- to me and also take the action against the said company for unethical business practice.
