I have booked my trip return tickets to Delhi to Leh and received a confirmation from the site that your tickets have been booked, but after that i received a call from ease my trip that your booking is not confirmed due to change in the rate plan. I am not sure what kind of service does this site provide, it means no one can rely and book his or her tickets from this site as at last moment they can cancel it and you will be in the dilemma that everything is fine and will soon you will get a shock... I say that if the site has provided you the confirmation then it should be the site responsibility to take care for any additional charges which may come after the booking. I would say that the site is a and nobody should actually use this option for your holiday or any other booking. I want my tickets to be booked at the cost which was shown at the time I made the payment.

    The only good thing about Ease my trip is, it does not charge the processing fees. That is the only reason i am using this poor website from past 2 years. The things were normal when every thing was fine. But i did my first cancellation and boom...no refund..Customer care..I don't know if they are trained to stay innocent. They use to put me on hold for hour. And every time i use to that hear that "Sir, its all fine now, we have corrected the things you will receive the amount in 3 days". Let me tell you something if you have some internal technical faults please do give up and close the company...because dealing with people's money is a very serious deal.

      Dear sir, i am working as a agent with EASE MY TRIP in the name of Galaxy Tours and Travels. I have booked a air ticket for Mr PR Yadav mumbai to Kolkata and return from EMT with their txn id[protected]DZA6HXREY. The passenger was not allowed to board the flight saying it was a Wait List ticket even though the ticket was booked a months time before. How can a travel company issue wait list ticket for airlines and did not confirm it months time before and took the full payment for confirmed ticket. Also till today as i am fighting for refund from the company they have still kept it pending and only offering me taxes which was debited towards the tickets which makes me feel cheated to work with the company.. Pls teach lesson to such companies which makes false practises and cheat the customers in the market.. Also help me to get full refund for the same...

        Ease My Trip is the worst when it comes to customer service. I would like to enlighten the forum members and the public in general about the poor quality of service provided by Ease My Trip.

        We had booked a ticket from EaseMyTrip- after reviewing fares - and chosing the best possible fares. After we selected the flight options and paid the full amount displayed, we received a notification that flight fares have increased- and the difference was significant.

        When I checked the same flight option from another popular portal (cleartrip.com), they were offering same old fares. I managed to book the flight using cleartrip.com and requested refund from EaseMyTrip.com

        1. They use unscruplous means to dupe customers- first by displaying attractive fares- and then when the customer makes the payment, EMT increases the fares- to make customers much more for the ticket.

        2. They simply DO NOT refund money inspite of multiple calls/emails. This causes sheer harassment. In my case, I got the money back NOT before 40 days inspite of the promised 3-4 business days.

        IATA should cancel the agent license for Ease My Trip. Please spread the word as much as possible.

        Ease My Trip — Poor customer care

        I have approched Ease my trip for an issue related to air ticket booking i have made through their website.
        They did not listen to what i was trying to convince them.
        Very poor reaction to a cusomer.

        Cheating by ease my trip, demanding extra money after booking flight tickets

        We would like to log a complaint against "easemytrip" as we have booked flight tickets agsinst there confirmation id no. 2505141uv8m5lg6. But after booking they called us to pay extra rs 1, 000.00 else they will cancel our booking.

          Hello,

          I booked 3 tickets from Jaipur to Mumbai for date 10th Feb 2013 (Booking reference: BET[protected]). I booked through Book Easy Trip website http://bookeasytrip.com/ for the amount that was displayed on my screen. My credit card got charged the same amount (Rs 2271). After 30 mins of the booking I received a call from their customer service representative whom informed me that the airline fare has changed and my tickets cannot be confirmed for the amount that I paid. They gave me an option to cancel the ticket and re-book with the revised fair. He also mentioned that the incorrect amount displayed on their website was due to some technical issues at their end. If there was a technical issue it's not my concern. The company should confirm the tickets with whatever amount I saw on the website.

          Can you help me solve this problem with them?

            DEAR SIR
            I BOOKED AIR TICKET THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE PAYMENT TRANSFERRED TO THEIR ACCOUNT FROM MY BANK. THE AMOUNT ASKED WAS THE SAME AMOUNT REMITTED FROM BANK. WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES THE COMPANY REFUSED TO ISSUE PNR SAYING THE FARE INCREASED. WHEN BANK AUTHORIZATION PAGE OPENED THEY SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION. ONCE THE MONEY IS TRANSFERRED THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO CANCELL MY TICKET. iF THEY HAVE RIGHT ON PROFIT THEN THEY SHOULD BE READY TO ACCEPT LOSS ALSO. PLEASE HELP

              Hello,
              I cancelled my ticket of indigo airlines from mumbai to jaipur which was booked by easemytrip.Com.
              I cancelled the tickets on 24 may 2011 but till now amount is not refunded.
              As per them amount has been refunded to my account and they cannot do anything. I went to my bank as well but now amount has been credited.

              They are not responding to my mail properly and keep on transferring my call from one person to other.

              Please advise me what should I do.

              They don't have office in pune where I can go and hold them.
              If I travel to mumbai then it will cost me more !
              what should I do now ?

                I booked Airlines ticket from Bagdogra to Guwahati of dated 16.05.2010 and from Guwahati to Bagdogra of dated 17.05.2010 from my travel agent. On 14.05.2010 someone called me in my mobile phone and told me that my ticket of Bagdogra to Guwahati has been cancelled, and again on next day someone called me in my mobile phone and told me same thing that my return ticket has been also cancelled. I inquired him who was he and why my ticket has been cancelled, that person answered me that he was from EasyMyTrip and my ticket is cancelled as my travel agent has not paid money to their company. On Hearing all these nonsense I went to my travel agent and ask him why my ticket was cancelled without my permission. My travel agent shows his account and told me that from his side the money was paid in advance to the company, but that company is fraud, and this is the reason they are canceling all the tickets and even not refunding the money back. I didn’t know that a big company like EaseMyTrip can do cheating with their customers and can be such a fraud company.

                I completely disagree with this person, as i am a frequent traveller and i keep on booking airtickets through EaseMyTrip. Even i had taken a franchisee of EMT . and from past 3 years i am connected to easemytrip, i am not facing any problem working with them . they are very supportive and proffessional . they case which this guy is mentioning has got no roots.
                falut is with ur agent dear sir u paid money to agents not to easemytrip actly there some sort of credit trems they provide to agents but they miss use it go to some reliable booking agent next time to book ur tickets

                I am registered as franchise with EMT, however I am facing problems with commission credits not given to my account.

                I have been writing mails for more than a month, but all in vain. The only response I am getting is that the concerned department is looking into the matter and your patience is highly appreciated.

                If the company cannot provide support to franchise, then better terminate the agency and refund the deposit amount.
                I came across EaseMyTrip.com name as a travel planner on a website so decided to use it for my recent travel.
                I had booked a return travel for 2 persons from Chandigarh to Chennai vide Booking ID BET[protected].
                It was surprising to get an e-mail stating that the booking is not confirmed! To add to my surprise, 5 hours later, the e-tickets were sent!
                Fearing about the confirmation of the tickets, as I have been using easemytrip.com for the first time, I decided to call up the customer care. The executive searched with the booking ID and was unable to fetch details and requested for giving a call after 15 minutes.
                15 minutes later, the caller informed that the booking has been cancelled as there was "no availability"
                Having used easemytrip for the first time, the very first experience went awry and I shall never ever think about using this site for any travel hereon. Would also advise my acquaintances to refrain from EMT. Two sites with same name - one ending with .in and the other with .com. One accepts coupon codes, the other doesn't. One charges convenience fees, the other doesn't. Is EMT taking customers for a ride under similar names? I felt cheated. Certainly, only known brands in the market are the way to go. New comers are just playing games.
                The customer care executives are non professional and very rude. They hang up after "informing" you about the disaster they have done to your travel plan.
                Just take a look at the text that was received via e-mail from customer care:
                "Dear sir
                Greeting from ease my trip
                Your booking has not been conrirmed due to some fare difference so kindly contact us asap other wise we will reject your booking"

                Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, unprofessional sentence usage and no e-mail sign off! Looks like a roadside travel company.

                I booked a ticket for Mumbai to Delhi, PNR :G8-CPOF5C for 11th March15.
                I logged in to print the ticket and realised it is cancelled. I checked my old emails for any information and found that some guy named, Kshitiz from Easemytrip has cancelled the ticket. I called the customer care to enquire why he cancelled the ticket and to my surprise they told me they don't have any information and when Kshitiz would come tomorrow morning only then he can tell why he cancelled the ticket. He informed me that after deducting the cancellation charges balance money after cancellation has been refunded to my account. When i checked my account there was no refund of any kind from Easemytrip.
                I asked the customer care person to transfer my call to some one who can help me as i booked this flight for my mother tomorrow and it is really important for her to take this flight, the agent got rude and told me that he has already informed me once and there is no one whom i can speak to, so drop a email to [protected]@easemytrip.com and someone will reply you.

                This is a very helpless and annoying situation as I have been suggesting this website to all my team members in the team & they have no support when needed.

                Can you please give me clarity on why this happened and provide any documentation you have from my side that clearly suggest that i have asked for cancellation of this ticket?
                If the refund was initiated why it never hit my account and if it was initiated from your side then where did the money go?

                  On 18.05.10, I tried to Book One ticket from Ease My Trip website and while booking i made payment through Axis Bank Net Banking. But later i didnot get my ticket as booking failed but the amount was debited from my a/c.
                  Sir when i inquired from bank they said that the payment has been made to Ease Trip Limited for Rs. 21440/- but when i had talk with Ease Trip they are saying they didnot receive the payment. So sir please tell me what should i do to get my money refund from these people.

                  On 27/oct.2009, pnr no J5SDCR..ID-IS --79U8109SV Booked One ticket from Ease My Trip website and while booking i made payment through itzcash. But cancell my ticket .
                  Sir when i inquired from bank they said that the payment has been made to Ease Trip Limited for Rs. 5508/- but when i had talk with Ease Trip they are saying we alredy sent the payment to itz and itz saying we have . So sir please tell me what should i do to get my money refund from these people.

                  Ease My Trip company is not at all reliable company. They are not professionals but road side vendors.Please try to avoid there site as it is better to purchase tickets direct from airlines by paying little extra.

                  I got my Air tickets cancelled on 5th Aug 2014.I was apprised that refund will be credited into my account in 4-5 days but till now no amount has been credited.

                  I have inquired multiple times with your customer care executives regarding this but every-time they told that your concerned department will update me on this. Unfortunately there has been no update on the same till now.I dropped an email also for the same but there has been no reply for that too.

                  I have attached the e-ticket and e-mail in the mail. Please provide the update on the refund status asap otherwise I will be left with no option but to FILE A CASE AGAINST COMPANY IN CONSUMER FORUM.
