Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This FRIDAY (Date- 12/01/2024, time- 12:38 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for CSIR CASE EXAM FEE_2024 of Rs. 500 through eazypay- icici gateway.

In brief :-

Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all
credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from PayZapp. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." Also, in my exam form dashboard there is an option for pay fees but i have already paid. and i checked eazypay website by filling in my mobile number, but no information is showing.

I contacted the biller . But they don't have much information regarding this. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance
that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay.

I have paid my ptet 2020 2yr bed fee through eazypay gateway and my amount is deducted and transaction is failed but my fee is not paid showing, i want my money refund or my ptet 2020 fee paid and fail the payment. Ptet 2020 2 year bed government dunger college bikaner, Please resolve my problem and refund my payment.

I made a payment for my semester fee to the college ie. Bit mesera (Lalpur). As i was in the last step, i got the message, the balance debited from my bank, but after that page my e-receipt was blank and didn't got any further confirmation. And nothing got updated in my profile on the college's website. I didn't even got the transaction id, which is the major issue...

Dear sir,
I try to paid the registration fee for 2 students (Rs. 12120) of nios deled by using SBI debit card through eazypay on 28/06/2018 but the transection was fail. I try 2/3 times for both students it also failed. After some minute I confirm that the amount of registration fees of 3 students i.e Rs.[protected]x3) was deducted from my SBI account and any confirmation message was not send from icici regarding this transaction. I check the payment status of both 2 students and found confirm also in payment history 2 transaction was confirmed paid.
So, I request you to kindly consider to refund back the excess amount Rs.6060 which was deducted from my account as soon as possible. (All relevant documents are in hand)
