On the 27th of December 2022, I received am SMS from An post, which is the Irish post office saying that I need to pay import duty worth 90 cents (euros) to get my parcel delivered. Coincidently, I was also expecting a parcel to arrive and normally import duties are required to be paid. Hence, I clicked on such a link and made the payment after entering the card details (Ebix forex card) but instead of 90 cents, over 796 USD was deducted...

We have taken education loan no a[protected] for my son namit mohale from hdfc credila. Centuram direct limited issued hdfc card no [protected] in the name of my son. After some time, centrum issued another card of yes bank in place of old card. At that time, there was some balance amount in the hdfc card. I have request repeatedly to mr. Amit sharma of your office in delhi to provide me the statement of the hdfc card or inform me of the balance amount in hdfc card to enable to transfer the balance amount in my bank account. Repeated requests verbal as well written have been made to centrum as well as credila however, i have not received any response from your office.
It is requested that i may kindly informed that how much amount is available in the hdfc old card at the earliest.

Further the non-responding act of your staff is highly unprofessional and it is requested that suitable administrative action may be taken against shri amit sharma for the same.
