The issue is related to the payment made by our customer from usa on
25/02/2019 for online purchase from our company website.

The payment was for $165 and we have received the equivalent amount for
It i. E rs. 11714.17, but the customer has been charged $174.54.

So now the customer wants to know why they were charged extra of around $10....

On sat sep[protected]/09/2018 ib/techp/l214282aptonline/[protected] -10, 422.00 64.00 payment was completed till now there is no refund if there is in pay u money the amount will refunded with in 3-4 working days i am not happy with service kindly make the refund amount 10, 422.00 rs as soon as possible never making the payment with ebs gate way because very delay for providing the refund in case of payment was not completed...

Today at 1.40pm there is a lady called her name as priya sharma calling from sub credit card team and fraudulently debited Rs5000/ sbi visa credit card through your merchant by generating otp and taking all details of credit card, ccv nos, adhar nos.so kindly check it and block the settlement and do the needful. I have shopped for rs 10499 on 7th may 2016 on worldclues.com and paid to info edge solution through ebs payment gateway. Then i checked my email for order confirmation receipt, but i didn't get any confirmation email from ebs payment gateway. Then i realized worldclues.com is a fraud website supported by ebs payment gataway.

EBS is cheater Company they have cheated with our company ( Kanak Drishti Infotech

Pvt.Ltd. ).
We perchased 5 Payment Gateway Credits but they sold these credits to other companys

without inform us.
When we asked them for this proces they told that you should itract with these

company. and denied to payment back.

So I suggest you guys be aware from this cheater...

We had purchased a gold plan from them on 17 march.
I spoke to Mr. Mahesh on [protected].
He told me that it will take 21 days to make the account and now on 31 march 2010 they tell me that it will take them 21 more days.
Please see care ful while working with them I have paid them the amount i am suffering due to them. This is just the start with them. I have not idea how their service will be.
