I had purchased "3 Kurti set" with COD of Rs 498/-, But surprisingly found that "3 Boys shirts have arrived torn." was delivered to me instead of the Portable 3 Short Kurti set (with ekart code-RDDC[protected][protected] &invoice no: #WK32662). This is complete Fraud.

I am unable to return the item through ekart logistics website... Plz help me to return the item and refund me the money... this is sure...

On 25/11/2023 the delivery boy came to me with Paytm Sound Box. I refused to buy the sound box and asked to cancel it. The boy said that he has sent the cancel code, please tell him, I told him the cancel code. Then the next day 26/11/2023 the delivery boy comes and says that he had picked up a ladies call and told the OTP for delivery. Whereas my mobile remains with me 24 hours. And the delivery boy also called on my number. And I got scared, how did he do it without OTP, and he is also saying that he had picked up ladies. I had a mobile phone. And immediately ran away leaving the product on my counter. Sir, I request you to take action against the delivery boy.

The delivery boy was rude. I have received a call from delivery person yesterday in morning he didn't give my delivery even I will call to he he didn't answer my phone. In evening he call me back he said my duty is over today. Today morning I will call him in morning he said I will be deliverey your order in one hour till now he didn't deliver. I will call to him he replied very rudely . He said you complaint on me no one use it...

I have ordered fire bolt watch from bolt shop and I have choose cod method for payment. In few days I have received a parcel from e cart services.and I have paid them for order. But as after unboxing the parcel I found that I have wrong damaged product. Please look into the matter as I have been frauded by these companies

I am Praddhumn . My order was expected to be delivered on 24 may 2023 . When delivery guy called me at 10AM, at that time i was attending my exam in college. So i didn't receive my order.
after my exam was over, at 12:30PM i called that Delivery guy and talked to him, he promised to deliver my order at 4:00PM near bala ji medical store, Dundaheda, VijayNagar, Ghaziabad. I called him at 4:00 pm but he didn't receive my call.
I have not received my order but i got the mail and message of Order Delivered. I have been calling him but no response.
So please help me out to get my order to me.

The delivery boy does not deliver the parcel at the doorstep.he calls in the road.he say that it is not allowed to deliver the parcel at doorstep from company.delivery boy behaviour is very rude and poor

Wrong Ordered from flipcart so return order pickup replacement done after complaints to flipcart but the delivery man not inspect the packet which is wrong ordered and putting remark twice as damaged product even not visiting home take strict action against deliver man calling and saying that he will not pick up order please cancel the order and every time putting remark as damage order as it's not damage it's different product receive please find below sms from educart

I bought 3 kurtas and it was delivered today. When I opened the package, it was not the same thing which I bought, instead it was totally different types. Now I want to return it back. So I ask for refund. Thank you
