Time morning 4:30p. M
When i was in the bus i took the money and paid to the conductor and kept the purse in my bag but when i reached ecil and went for renewal of bus pass my purse was lost so my buspass was also lost with money.
It was a 24s bus
My bus pass is lost and the bus pass authorities are refusing to give me monthly bus pass though i paid advance for 1 year
Please i want a new pass issued
I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass

I have given an application for shifting my landline telephone bearing no. 23084229 at Chintal to Begumpet about 15 days before and I was assured by the BSNL official that the new number at the new location would be given in 3 days time and even after 15 days, that 3 days period has not started. This is how our BSNL organization works.
