Thomson washing machine
Sir I have ordered washing machine Thomson 8kg semi automatic from Flipkart but the product I received is defective please replace it as soon as possible

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent purchase of a Thomson 12 kg Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (TSA1200SP) from Flipkart through Ecomyalgar Trade, Order ID: OD[protected]. I placed this order on August 7th, and it was delivered on August 14th. However, the product I received was damaged, prompting me to request a replacement in the hope of resolving the issue.
Regrettably, both the initial order and its replacement have been plagued by significant problems. The first washing machine I received had a malfunctioning water level indicator, rendering it unusable as intended. Consequently, I initiated a replacement order, which compounded my frustration as I had to endure nearly a month of waiting for the replacement product. To my dismay, the replacement washing machine also exhibited a critical flaw - water leakage.
This consistent inconvenience, coupled with the extended waiting periods, has left me profoundly dissatisfied with my shopping experience on Flipkart. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I placed a refund request on the day I received the replacement product. However, my refund request has been rejected by the seller.

Faulty product received and no refund no replacement provided, I have ordered Washing Machine on 22.07.2023 and received a damaged washing machine which we refused to take the delivery a replacement was send which seems to be ok but when the installation team from flipkart came it was noticed that machine is faulty and since then i am trying to get refund but they are not providing refund are asking to get it repaired from Voltas as it is in gurantee what a logic buy new and get it repaired without even using it for a single time.

Same thing happened to me with this seller, ordered washing machine twice from Flipkart, both the times product came in a unacceptable damaged condition.

Same thing happened to me with this seller. i ordered samsung washing machine twice from Flipkart and both the time the product sent by the seller was heavily damaged.

Defective Product Delivered
I ordered Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G on 16th Jan 2023, the seller EComyalgarTrade taking morethan a week for delivery, item delivered on 23rd Jan 2023, i unboxed the product and found un pixel dead in mobile display, i was raised the return request on 24th Jan 2023, but my request was rejected by this seller EComyalgarTrade, after i enquiried with Flipkart they understand the problem and raised the return request 3 times from Flipkart side. but that requests also rejected by seller. today 12th Feb 2023 still the issue going not solved.

Order was cancelled by seller and my money was not refunded
On 11th January 2023 I purchased a Redmi Note 12 Pro mobile from from Flipkart from seller Ecomyalgartrade which was meant as a gift. The payment was made by my credit card and the delivery date provided was 14th Jan 2023.
On 12th January 2023 my order was cancelled by the seller but I did not receive a refund. Upon speaking with the customer support of Flipkart they informed me that they will not be able to provide a refund till 18th January 2023.
My money is now blocked with Flipkart and I am not able to buy the product from elsewhere. Upon requesting an Invoice Flipkart support refused to provide me with the same.
