I have a meal card with edenred and my card has been loaded by my company but it is not reflecting because of KYC not updated despite updating it many times. I am now being told that I might lose the funds if my KYC is not updated.

We have a ticket restaurant meal card offered by ace, the employer. The card is just a month old and we have enough trouble with it. The website is edenred.co.in.
First, after you buy anything, debits might happen more than once, thus reducing the balance quickly for no fault of yours.
Second, the call centre operates only for limited period and thus you cannot complain after late evening.
Third, the call centre number comes busy and sometime you need to wait 7-8 minutes before some cust. Service rep comes online.
Fourth, you get excuses and sorry, but rectification promised does not happen quickly and thus you are forced to cough up cash for your meals during that period.

I have ordered online pizza worth around 3000 rupees on 31/12/2017 through pizza-hut and the amount is deducted from my account and ordered haven't placed . They said it will get deposited soon but upto now it is not deposited back into my account. edenred representatives says that it is mistake by pizza-hut and pizza-hut says they deposited back.

This is to inform you that myself vivek sodhi is having edenred meal card.
Last digits of my card is 03026285.
I have requested to change in my email address & to enable my user id. I have sent so many mails to edenred but i have not received any mail from edenred.
I dont know how they people works. They told me to update my email address in 24 hours but now it is more than 48 hours and i am still waiting for their revert.
Also when i asked them to enable my user id they said it can be happen once email id will be update.
I have to generate my pin for that i want to enable my user id. But no body is helping me in this case & i am keep waiting.
My registered mobile number is [protected].

money got deducted from my edenred card on failed transaction.

I tried booking rail ticket on irctc website on 4th jan 2018 using the edenred ticket compliment card which is master card powerd by yes bank. It keeps on saying transaction declined, but when i check my card balance the amount was already deducted from my card. I call the customer care couple of times but was of no help. They are saying we can not do any thing as it does not comes under their area. Edenred customer care is just for name sake i believe.

Hi,
I have bought a ticket compliment max gift card from edenred.
I tried to use at one of the computer shop. But while payment it got denied and transaction got failed.
Money debited from my perepaid card and when i tried to reach edenred they are saying to wait for 35 days. As per rbi policy they need to settle in 7 days.
Money refunded already from merchant but these guys are cheating customers by keeping money with them. They are not following rbi rules then how they are selling yesbank prepaid cards.
