Dear concern,

I had taken education loan from punjab national bank in november 2011. I started receiving subsidy in my loan account after 2014 but for last long time i am not receiving any subsidy in my loan account.
Kindly provide me information regarding this so that i can get to know the actual issue. I was getting the subsidy amount in a time interval of 3 to 4 months but now its been too long since i have received any subsidy amount.

even i today visit loan department same things to say this week last week your file Approved in this week.

Sir i have applied a loan rs. 77ooo (Seventy seven thousands) per year for 4 year course. Sir college is approved by aicte, govt. Of india, ministry of hrd, and pharmacy council of india new delhi. I got admission in college as per merit list. As per rbi guideline no guarantee is required from father for a loan amount upto 4 lakhs.
Sir this is question of my future and a matter of indian girl who wants higher education.
Now you can say, what should i do??

Me and my whole family is having a savings accountvwith icici bank since long. I visited ae block shalimar bagh branch, delhi for an education loan. The officers in the branch in turn told me that icici bank doesn't gave any kind of education loan. Instead they offer me personal loan. Please just enlighten me that does icici bank offer personal loan at roi that of education loan with same moratorium period and interest subsidy from govt. Pls reply at the earliest. So that i can pay my fees on time.

This is for your kind attention that I Sangeeta, am a student of B.Sc (Agriculture) at Rayat Bahra University. I belong to district Jind, Haryana. I applied for Education Loan at my native place in many of the banks like OBC, Bank of Baroda, ICICI and others but they refuse to sanction the education loan. My classmates from other states/areas have gotten the education loan for the same course. I do not know the reason why banks refuse to do so. As per the parliamentary act, no bank can deny me the education loan; and no bank could ask me for security deposits. I have taken the legal advice also from my University legal expert who guided me to bring this in to your notice.
Sir, I am a brilliant student with good academic record. I request you to look in to the matter and instruct the concerned authority to solve my problem and sanction me education loan. My whole career depends on this loan only otherwise it would be very difficult for me to continue my studies. Hope that you would take necessary action by considering my situation.

We need urgent help of education loan. My younger brother asgar ali is studying in periyar management and computer college, jasola, 1&2 institutional
Area new delhi 110085.

My brother visited bank on 08th july 2016 and since then he visited several times to get education loan from uco bank (Jasola branch) unfortunately bank manager is not responding to my brother and we didn't get any positive response from uco bank staff (Jasola). They are making new excuses everyday. He always use to say "don't worry we will sanction the loan before last date of fee submission and how he is saying it will take time to approve the loan and it will be cleared till 22nd aug 2016

We have already submitted the required documents to branch manager for education loan.

Pls help us. My brother is in urgent need of education loan as his last date to submission of fees is 14th august 2016.

My brother has completed 2 semesters of mba. I request you pls help my brother to get education loan for another 2 semesters.

Total loan required 1 lac aprox.+ late penalty

Sir, I want to get a education loan but the banks in our town creating
a problem to give me loan whenever I am passing there eligibility
criteria.And the banks out of my town is denying to give me loan for

I had education loan from bank of baroda, hydarganj, faizabad, uttar pradesh; account number-[protected] for technical course in september 2011 till 2015. According to rule bank gives subsidy in study period but sir bank gave subsidy only in 2011-12 after that they did not give any subsidy in 2015 my loan amount reached over 5, 40, 000 due to compound interest rate in study period. I complained many time in branch for subsidy but i got no response from branch and few times from area office also.

After study in 2015 i did not get a job. I was trying to get a job which i got in may, 2015. When i tried again to know about my education loan. Branch did not gave any details or bank statement and they said they want whole compound interest from 2012 as soon as possible. They react like they did not know about any type of bank subsidy.

Sir, i am not able to pay whole loan with this compound interest rate. Kindly i'm requesting to please help me try to solve this issue. I will pay my whole loan amount as soon as possible with interest from this month.

B in 2011 of rupees 6, 30000\- now the total amount with interest is rupees 11, 16, 000, my financial position is very poor my security collateral for education loan is my house,
Now the loan status is in n. P. A, when i asked manager for one time settlement he denied my request and forcing me to pay the total amount at a time.
Am from tribal back ground (Scheduled tribe (St) lambadi), security property is the only property for my family and we don't have any other financial assets to pay the bank loan, with out the property my family will not survive the life successfully, so please kindly refer me to get the one time settlement option.

Hello sir, myself jameer shamed, as i am studying m.Sc in biotech, the cost of this course 1lakh for 2 years. So i applied for education loan in hdfc bank, initially they said, they will give an amount, but laterally they refuse my application by the reason of my 10th mark (45%) but i scored 1000 mark in 12th, they asked me for branch manager recommendation, i submitted all documents and certificates they needed but still they did'nt credit the amount. I applied when my classes were started but i am going to complete my 1 year class, still no process from the bank side, my college they said, will not provide hall ticket for fees unpaid students. Dear Sir/Madam, I got education loan (loan acc no: [protected]) of Rs.2, 33, 000 in SBI at[protected] and paid the interest totally around Rs.30, 000/- till 2008. Due to unemployment I dint pay anything till October 2011 and after getting job I paid Rs.5, 050/- every month from November 2011 to October 2013 (totally Rs.85, 850/-). Sir I had taken education loan from SBI Nawada Bihar on 2009 for MBA course.At that time central government had announced that no interest would be taken during the course period & 6 months more but in my case interest is applying since i have taken education loan.This circular is applied in all most all banks & all states but SBI, Bihar state still didn't apply. I had taken Educational Loan from the Corporation Bank, Elamakkara branch for my daughter SHYAMA.S from 2011 onwards so as to pay the fee for BTech proramme. I had availed Rs 196000 as Loan . I had applied for getting subsidy as I belong to the eligible category to get subsidy. When I Contacted the Manager, he said that subsidy allowed to SHYAMA has already been entered in Pass Book. The Account number is [protected]. The total Interest shown in the Pass book is Rs 58749. But the subsidy credited to pass book is only Rs 14224 ( Rs 1202 on 6/5/13 +Rs 12022 on 13/07/2014). As I want to close the account, I need to know the actual amount, after deducting subsidy, to be remitted by me. The manager, Corporation bank, Elamakkara has expressed his inability to do anything in this regard. He said that he can do nothing but only after getting orders from the Head quarters. Dear Sir, I took education loan in corporation bank velandipalayam branch, coimbatore for BE in[protected]. I taken 1 lakh 44 thousand rupees for my 4 year course i taken this money from bank by year by year. Now i am working and i am paying the monthly Premium. During the course they added the interest in my account(35000) and now total amount 1 lakh 86 thousand something. I opened an account Acount no.-[protected].Bank Officers said that your file has been sent to gorakhpur for approval, and they confuses us nearly 1 year. After 1 year on September 03, 2013 they told to my parents that your loan could not be accepted.And they told the reason that there is no any provable source of income. This mail is drawn on behalf of EDUCATION LOAN REJECTION (Mr Vijay Kumar Chugh and Mr Mohit Chugh), consideration of CORPORATION BANK, BRANCH 62 SECTOR. So, The issue is, I have competed my B.tech Graduation from Sharda University, and applied for the Master's program in Australia, got selected and i have classes starting from 3rd November 2014. And bank is doing nothing but creating mess saying rejection of my education loan in the end. Now, this is not going to accept from my side. And Mr Mithesh(Officer at Retail LOAN Center) has transferred my case to Zonal office insanely, dont know on what basis. Earlier, he was kept saying that once he get Legal Opinion, he is moving ahead to get Sanction Letter, and now he is insanely making statemets of not giving loan. Mr Mani Chelladurai, Branch Manger of noida sec-62 branch, has making Yes-NO statements since starting . He has also become frustrated from people of your retail loan center and i guess no body is helping him too. No one is helping to me. I have asked for education loan only, based on my properety ( Living since 1983)... I have one more loan CORP-VIDYA loan from your branch only(4 lacs ). we are the legal people, we do legal business. Me and my parents are going to bank daily and getting nothing as return for this case. Education loan is my right if i'm willing to study further, and no one can stop it. This is your duty to provide this, as i have submitted all necessary docs a month ago. I'm waiting for the Reply. HI, I have availed a education loan in corporation loan from[protected]. I used to pay the scholarship of 25000 each year to the bank. Finally i started paying the installment of 6711 after completing my degree. i paid till March 2014. Still there are showing the outstanding as 2 lacs. Totally i got 2.65 lacs during my degree and paid almost 2.5 lacs back. I don't understand how the outstanding will come as 2 lacs still. If I go there and ask them they are saying interest rate is changed. You have to pay this. Respected sir, i am satish hegde from honnavar, Uttara kannada (Karnataka). i am studying engineering in M.S Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore. i joined the engineering after diploma and lateral entry to second year B.E. I toook the education loan from Corporation bank in honnavar branch. they gave the loan from last two years. now i have 4 subject backlog. But i am eligible to studying final year engineering. bank manager said now we are not giving the loan because you have backlog. i asked head office also they said we give the loan after you pass the remaining subjects. 18/08/2014 is the last date for admission(without fine) and last date with 1000Rs fine is 1/09/2014. i loose my engineering from this education loan.
