I the parent of a student studying in Nashik. My sister Is Studying in Standard 7th in a Government Aided School, Named Chatrapati Shivaji Vidyalaya, Satpur, Nashik.
It's been 2 Year's Sir, The Teachers in this school never took Classes Online Since lockdown, as all the others school take Regular classes online. The Teacher's in this school don't have anything about the Students Life.
The School only takes Fees and theres no Giving attention towards the students, The Year of the Students get waste. We also Met the Principle of the school he totally blames the Government.
I request You to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Sub - Regarding College reopening and online examination

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am ... from ratnagiri district currently taking graduation from DAPOLI university
I want to bring to your notice that recently our colleges started online examination and after completion of 3 papers suddenly they posted the message of college reopening and cancelled all the papers and asked students to attend examination in college (offline mode ) from[protected]
Student community is very upset regarding this decision sir/madam.

Respected sir/madam, I want to bring your attention on some topics given below

1)Many students have taken single dose of vaccine very few are completely vaccinated

2)students will be sitting on benches after the gap of complete 2 years and first thing after reopening they will be facing examination
This might hamper the mental health of students

3) we have not Understood many concepts because there were many topics which needed offline sessions mandatory

4)After going to college we can't face exams immediately we have to arrange for rooms and mess which will definitely need some time

5)Many colleges are located in rural areas where local/proper people will be hesitating to provide mess to us due to covid precaution

6)If everything was taught online not a single practical was conducted offline how colleges can conduct offline exam and even as a students it will be mentally very difficult for us

We are in complete support of opening colleges sir but facing exams on first day will be mental torture on students.

I request you to ask Dapoli and other university to conduct running semester exams online

Fate of almost 30k students is in your hand sir

Hello, I'm writing this behalf of my friend l. Who is a student of art college in second year. Her first year class teacher has started misbehaving with her on call and whatsApp chat. Using unnecessary worda, foul word, making use if obscene words. She has recorded few conversation happened over calls. There is so much to say but she needs a proper and quick response. She is going through mental trauma due to such act. Pls help her

Sir, Army Institute of Technology, PUNE(sppu affiliated)increase hostel fee by 10 percent, what more they didn't even reduce
the academics fee and also take development fee, they keep on saying we were under AWES but they are under SPPU university not AWES.
Sir, we couldn't afford this fee structure, they keep on looting even though we are army brat, increase fee year by year, they increase hostel fee just for a reason that they didn't increase fee in 2 years in a corona time they keep on hiking the fee...

My daughter's studied in a aided bmc school ( convent school) in mumbai maharashtra . At the time of admission to jr. Kg I submitted original birth certificate.Now we shifted to Kerala and got admission there. Then I applied for LC and original birth certificate the school authorities denied to give. In kerala we get only one original certificate.
I don't have enough copies of certificate too.

Now she left the school and they not giving the original back. We want the original in future needs too. Please kindly look into my matter. And do needful .

I m writing this complaint against one of the school of maharashtra, located in the district of thane, in bhayander taluka and the school name is S L Porwal English Medium High School. This school is till 10th std and his trustees are Dilip Porwal & Gaurav Porwal prominent names in the city and in the politics, his son is President of Youth BJP. I further say that reason to raise the complaint on this school is, in this covid crisis, instead of doing some kind of charity or to help middle class parents by helping them by giving some kind of discounts in the fees, but i m shocked to see that this school is putting a penalty of rs 50 per day as the late fee after stipulated time...in this pandemic they wanted to earn money and wants public to suffer, as people have already suffered lot through out this pandemic.
I request to the concerned authority plz take some necessary steps to stop this school from wrongful practices, so parents will be in relief...

I am a student of Maharashi Dayanand College Parel 400013..My name is Naomi Anthony..I am in studying in std 12th, this is regarding the fees, the fees is 13, 005, and that also during the pandemic, no families can afford so much due to loss of jobs, when one of students revolted the college told to take lc nd leave the college and they told that the fees is already fixed from before.please look into this matter

This was on 31st may and after two months of waiting they are refusing to pay our last year’s pending salaries. Good morning, I am a student studing in class 12th want tell you about the students problem which can occur but you can solv this as you know there are discussion about online or offline exams
My thought is we should have online exams as you know last year it was online lecture and this year too it's online lectures, if immediately you declare that exam is offline it could be a preasure on children's and not a right way, so I am telling you because I think you would understand our problem
I am not telling to take online exams for everytime but I have a plan, you could start offline eexams and lectures with next and fresh batch as it would be starting they won't become tenseed.

School totally closed in 2020 lock down. School staff are very organtly told School Fees not pay so paper not given 2021. Even last year results not given. I requested to principal ur school online classes only 15 day in 1 Class or monthly 2 classes. So why I am paying 100% payment, i pay 50% payment but school not accepted.
This year online classes regular so I can pay 100 % payment.

DEAR SIR,

We are receiving same EMI amount to pay monthly as school has not considered 15 % reduction in fees.

Kindly consider this matter in your serious matters as government declared 15 % reduction but school are charging full

We are the students of sant. Gadge Baba Amravati university Maharashtra, we are writing this email because, our SEM isn't on a right time and that's why we loosing our 1 year. As we can see the engineering student have cleared their 2nd SEM and move towards 3rd SEM. In next 1 or 2 months, they will finish their 3rd semester and we are still struggling for 2nd semester . Sir we are loosing our 6 months. We are not opposing online study or exam, we understand it's due to covid-19 pandemic .We just want our right academic year . We hope you understand our problem and help us.

My girl's name is Prachi Shailesh Vishwakarma, she is studying in shakti sewa sangh madhyamik vidyalaya when she was in 4th class, she got locked down in April-May 2020, after that nothing happened, it lasted for 1 year then by order of the government If everyone has been passed, then why are they asking for fees when my girl has not studied anything in the fifth class, then why are they asking for her fees.
Asking money for both fifth and sixth grade, from where can the poor man do the pad, I went to school and said all this, then they say that you will have to pay the full fee (Rs 229, 500), now you guys tell me what to do Poor people say to the school people, take them out and take them somewhere and do admission, you guys tell the school people, reduce the money

My daughter (Purvika Vikas Dave)got her 12 hsc marks online on 5 august.
it was based on 30= 30 =40 scheme according to the maharashtra board.

She was not satisfied with the marking she got. she contacted her college.
Her faculty was also surprised .

Vice principal and the principal has evaluated her marks once again and she has an increment of 60 marks, according to the college.

we have also raised this issue to the redressel cell. but no response, .
college principal has also sent in written hard copy to the board officials.

pls help.

My Name is Prabhat Singh. I am a resident of Dhanori Pune.

I had taken admissions of my daughter Anwita Singh, in D Y Patil International School, Lohegaon, Pune. She was the part of school from Nursery to Grade I. This year because of hike in school fee we have decided to withdraw the admission from D Y Patil International School to a different school. We have informed the school authorities immediately after the declaration of results of grade I. The results for Grade I was declared on April 30, 2021 & we have informed the school about the withdrawal of admission on May 2, 2021. Now school staff is asking us to pay the first installment of school fee for Grade II as well i.e. Rs: 25000/- else they will not issue the transfer certificate of my daughter. When we discussed the issue with the accounts department, they asked us to leave the security deposit of Rs 15000/- which we have paid at the time of admission of my daughter and then they will issue the TC and will give us the waver of Rs: 10000/-.

Sir I would request you to please help us in this situation as we are withdrawing admission because of higher school fee and we can not afford to leave Rs 15000/- of the security deposit. We have paid all the school fee on time and there is no pending dues on us since the time of admission. We have paid the complete fee at the time of pandemic without asking for any discounts. My daughter has not attended any session / class for Grade II and also we have not taken any books but still we are asked for the payment of first installment.

I am attaching the complete email conversation with this letter that happened between me and school. I have asked multiple times to give me in written about the school demands but every time accounts department is communicating this over phone only and not giving me any thing over email. Now its 2 months since we are asking for the Transfer certificate as I would need to submit the same in the new school where we have taken admission of my daughter.

This complaint is about Abhinav Vidyalay Dombivali (E). -
School is already charging 3850/- per month for 2nd/3rd standard & 2800/- per month for Kg. This fee is just to show. Every alternate month they are asking Double fee. In the name of term fee (No reason to pay monthly fee if they are charging fee for whole term), exam fee (there is no extra expenses for exam still extra charges) etc.

Last whole year it's online there is no extra expenses by school & now still increasing school fees to 4450/- for 2nd/3rd & 3200/- for Kg from mid-year. Also double fee every alternate month.

Kindly stop them from charging such unnecessary extra fees.

Does our indian ministers want kids to learn or not?

I am a teacher of New horizon scholars school Airoli. Affiliation number 1130325.

In the month of June...the above mentioned school started working with full capacity despite of the government norms of having staff attendance at 50 percent capacity.

In the same month a new principal was recruited by the management, named Mrs Rachna Kamath. As per the instructions of the principal it was made mandatory to report to school to take online classes and work from home, that is taking online classes from home was restricted.All the teachers obliged by the rule and started reporting to school even though travelling through locals is still not permitted.

The teacher who showed reluctance to report to school were directly asked yo give resignation. Those who found difficult to report had to lose their jobs. No notice was given by the said authority and their salaries were also put on hold till date.

The reason to report this issue to you is that I am also asked to resign but my ground of not resigning is I am pregnant and in my third trimester currently and can't travel to school and had requested to grant me permission to work from home.
The permission was orally granted and re confirmed through message.
Still school is asking for resignation and also not giving maternity benefits

I am writing this letter to complain about the issues that I have been facing due to the management of the school for the last few months. I am very much satisfied and happy with the education system of the school. The school has helped my child grow and learn. However, the school must also focus on the management system along with the education system.

Last month I visited the school to talk to the head of the fee department of the branch in which my child is enrolled. In the past few months, the school adds extra charges in the fee structure without even telling me the real cause of the fee structure. When I inquired about it, they were failed to answer me and however, they told me to we do not going to be charity, if you unable to pay fee we kick out of your child from school.

I am hereby writing this letter to bring this to your notice that the management of your school is not cooperating with kids and their parents. Kindly take strict action to deal with these issues and please ask them to inform me about what I inquired about. I am looking forward to your response.

In this college they are conducting online lecture but they don't teach us properly and i live in village area thats why i have network issue and i told them that but they tell me that we will cut your marks if you cant join classes.If there is no network present how can i attend lecture.and i am suffering now days with health problems but they don't want to understand our feelings.
