Respected hrd minister,
In this pandemic, it is very risky to take exams like boards neet and jee, when cases will be at peak after lifting of lockdown, it is like leading children to death, please take these exams when graph will flatten and caes will decrease, its our humble request sir, though we are urging to give exam, but health is also important, parents are worried, please look into this matter

I stay in western mumbai. Private schools have started demanding fees from parents..but as parents we know atleast for few months it's not safe for the schools to start. Schools are then asking parents to pay fees on pretext of online classes .online classes for jr and sr kg for 2 to 3 hrs is not a practical thing .Little children sitting in front of screens for such long time it's not good for health and also these children dont have patience .kindly there should be guidelines from the government regarding this.and also instructions for schools how to collect fees in case of virtual classes.it should be a parents choice.

My son is studying in Narayana Vidyalayam Nagpur. School has increased fees by 10 percent this year and also want three months fees to be fully paid though new session till date not started and no online classes delivered till date.
I request honourable Mundhe Sir to kindly look into the matter. We are ready to pay only Tution fees (basic part) but they are also charging other charges as school fees has been divided into different categories beside Tution fees which they are not providing as on date.
In this period of Covid 19 we are getting only 50 percent of salary though working in Hospital then how we will able to pay full school fees.

Massages are coming from college again and again to pay fees. In this condition, how should we deposit the fees?Sir, please request that you please forgive our 2 months fees. Your favor will be greatly appreciated.College people say that either pay online or go to the bank to deposit the cheque.
There is always a threat from the college that if you do not pay the fees, you will not give the exam because University Will not allowed.
I know, You will definitely try to condense our condition...

Corona holidays sabhi stream ke students ko mili hai prr hamare madam k mutabik maharashtra ke kisi bhi gnm ke students ko holidays approved nhi huvi hai... Corona ke dar se sab students pareshaan hai aur hamare parents bhi chinta me aa gye hai... Aapse mai anurodh krti hu ki aap hame holidays ka notice bhejke sabko holidays approve kro... Aur ye disease chain ko khatm karo... Qki iske sign and symptoms hamare college ke students ko dikh rhe the to unhe ghr bhej diya gya hai

Sir my son is studying in std 7th of n. H. English school in mira road thane dist school issued a memo for retest of the students who will fail in their exams also they will charge the students 100rs per subject for the retest which they do in all exams including unit tests some students fail in 3 subjects some in 5 subjects and they keep on charging for the tests it becomes hard for the people with middle class to pay this extra burden to school.
Even last unit test i pay 300 rs for my sons retest for 3 subjects i request you to please take some action against the school and help the poor citizens of our country.

I wanted to inform you that school management team are forcing to buy books & other things in school only with extra charges for school id proof they are charging 1500 if parents are not ready to buy with much cost they are beating to student & returning from school, this is happening every year in this school.

Note: school management team taking a lot of things from the trust center
But they are charging for that also.

Request to you please look in very serous matter asap & provide justice for future children brightness.

I m a part time peacher and part of a management of "guru govind vidyalay" school. Because of some money issue we didn't got the permission of school but we started our school and tried to get permission of school, but as we know without donation its not possible to get permission. And in our surrounding we have 50+ illegal schools but i dont know why our education officer " shivani desai", "jadhav" and " madhavi tandel" are only concentrating in our school but still i m not giving them any donation amount. Because of that they register FIR against us. I know without getting permission we should not run our school but if i dont have money then i will not get permission. We are providing free education to 100+ students. There are most of schools are running in 4-5 rooms without ground and other facilities, we have all facilities but we dont have money for officers thats why we are not allowed to run our school please its a request help me to fights against them and i want to give free education to most of students as much as possible.

This complaint is about heavy school bag weight for all students of aryan world school, bhilarewadi branch, pune. From years school is only giving us false promises that they will do something about it, but since yrs there is no action. They have cbse curriculum which itself has a lot of studying pressure on student with added heavy school bags which kids have to carry on 3rd floor.

Kindly arrange visit and take serious action against school ignorance against kids health.

We teachers of nashik cambridge school are not being paid on time moreover our salaries are delayed by more than 2 months.
Also we recently came to know that the school has taken loan in the name of many senior teachers without their consent or knowledge.

There is a huge scam going on in our school hence we request the concerned authorities to take action as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your notice that many schools in mumbai are following improper practices. I am a victim for one odd situation. It is about st. Francis high school, located near jesal park, bhayandar - east. They are following a practice where they don't allow the parents to see the child's report card / mark-sheet for the unit test if the fees are due for that current month when they organize the open house.in-fact after talking to the school supervisor on call, she said nothing of that sort will happen, but when we gathered for open house day in school, they denied to show any marks. I don't recall of any such indian education laws allowing this kind of practices. The school is also charging a huge amount when you want a new admission for the kids. They take the so-called "donation" and state it as the registration fees. The kids studying there are all from middle class family, how can we afford paying such amounts on top of the high school fees. My kind request you to look into this matter and take severe action against this school and the staff / management.

Sir maine sude high school dhantoli nagpur gai thi meri sasuji aur husband ki tc k liye lakin principle manoj durdhurve sir ne bahut taklif diye. Mera talak ho gaya hain sare document dene k baad bhi 3 month bulaye. Aur[protected] ko tc diye wo bhi surname mistake kark aur bahut bura bura bole muze aur meri nanad ko. Plz sir saktise action liya jaye. Sir aapko is problem k liye action lena chahiye aur bhi logo ye principle talif de sakte hain. Maine job karnewali lady hu. Principle sir muze bar bar bula rahe thy rule maine tc k liye sirf 15 din liye jate hain. Per unhone muze 3 month gumaye aure muzse ek tc k 500 bhi liye. Tc k sirf 51 rs lagte hain. Choti problem bolkar aap isse badi kar rahe ho. Plz action lijiye.

Students from various parts of maharashtra are suffering in order to procure an admission but as a part of the technical systems there is no helpline number that can be contacted all the numbers are saying that is switched off except from a no that is always busy?? Plz help the students are we here to suffer endlessly and abolish the online system what about those students who are strayed by the floods?

I had been teaching to school since 5 years as a english teacher for the higher classes. My complaint is about without giving any prior notice or any communication, the management has terminated me. If i see that there is not any complain from students or their parents even the result of my class and my subject was 100% very year. A i joined the school in 2014 the school was promoting me as a class teacher and recently i had been the class teacher of class 10. My request is that is there any law or rights for the private school teacher or they will suffer the same. I think we should get the job security as the private institutions are throwing away senior teachers as they have to increase the payment. Please help me out ad solve my problem

I had been working as a english teacher since five years in alphonsa sr. Sec. School wardha maharashra. Without giving any prior notice they have terminated me.in 2014 i joined the school and every year they promoted me as a class teacher. Recently i had been a class teacher of class 10.in the month of may they have given me discontinue letter which shocked me a lot telling that my performance was not good. But if i see the results of my class and my subject was 100% every year and there was even not any complaint from students and parents. My request is only that is there any job security for the private school teachers ya to increase the payment the management is throwing teachers out. Please i want the solution and any fix law for such kind of teachers. Thank you

My self vikram Darodkar staying at dattatray nagar nagpur. i had admitted My elder daughter in vasudha convent in 2016, now she has pass KG II now school princilpal told to re admit her in KG II to repeat the year and pay fees again for the same year, at the time of admission the school principal does not tell me about such kind of GR. So I wrote SMS in school WhatsApp group regarding leaving certificate on 02/06/2019.
Day after I visited school & met principal madam Sunita Jadhav she said both students leaving certificate issued after paying 4700/- charges.

Please do the needful.

Dear sir /madam,

My son and daughter study in dps panvel in class vii and class vi respectively. The school has detained them in the same class pointing to their poor performance in exams and stating that cbse has allowed the detention.

I have gone through the right to education bill passed by loksabha which clearly allows schools to detain students in class 5 and class 8 and not in other classes.

I also checked for any cbse circular which allows cbse affiliated schools to detain students, but did not find any.

I am personally getting a feeling that the school is removing their personal grudge against my children for some voice raised by my wife against the school counsellor.

Request your help. I can not spoil a year of my children.

Borivli don bosco high school, students are being harassed openly on a regular basis and no action is being taken by management.
Sir nelson has been thrown out of mary immaculate school for hitting a school girl, borivli only to be reemployed by don bosco.
Sir nelson threaten s, hits d kids n totures them mentally. He's a maniac and sick person.

I am facing lots of problems since a year from my college as well as my college facultys.
Problems such as:-
1. No proper planing of curiculum.
2. Sudden submissions of assignmnents
3. Overburden n pressure of assignments
4. No proper teaching method or faulty.
5. Partiality (Politics between students n teachers)
We dont have principle in our college so the concernd person is our hod she decides n makes decissions for the college.

I would request you to please look into the matter and help us find a solution for the same faced by the girls in our college.

School is highly corrupted from watchman to trustis i request our honourable education minister vinod tavde to take look after matter of this school.in this school education comes after corruption they even exceed limits of admissions for money even though they have even arrange class room in toilet size area four students on benches. The principal of school has very highly attitude like hitler. No culture activity are there but first they will take money on name of such activities. This school is run by a trust 'east kalyan welfare society' the most corrupted trust ever the school name is 'model english high school' kalyan east 421306, were admission never gets full because if they want they will even turn toilets in class room i request education board please look after the issue of this school. Because children's are small they don't even know what's happening around there school please help them.

Due to my transfer in other city i have taken leaving certificate of my son from school on 19.01.2019. But school given me t. C & report card with differ name. Now school is not responding on my call and messages.

I have filled form of the mhtcet (Maharashtra common entrance test). While doing so i put the aadhar card number of my father because mine was not linked with a phone number and the website had to send an otp on that number. But now in my application form my father's dob, aadhar card number and gender is being displayed. The officials say there is no way to correct it. And the money too is not refundable. So why can't there be a way to correct this mistake?? And if not, why can't cancelling the form be refundable? My life, my career depends on it sir. Please do revert. Thanking you in anticipation

My daugher leave school before 1.5 year. As per school police they will give deposite return after 1 year. After 6 months consistent heresment they give us cheque of 10000.& after i deposited cheque the cheque is bounced. Now whenever i went there they give extension all the time. My daughter samruddhi kulkarni was studding from last three years in your school and has taken admission for jr. Kg year 2018-19 three months ago in your kidzee school, baramati centre code w-s-c-1593 and from last three months over a worst franchise has proved from school management and more harassment from school principle madam to my daughter.

I have all paid payment receipts of school fess which is completely paid as below,
Play group rs. 23, 310 (Year 2016-17)
Nurseery rs. 24, 750 (Year 2017-18)
Jr kg rs.18, 000 (Year 2018-19)

As still my daughter samruddhi not yet received study kit and other school material as promised while admissions time from school principal & management.

Still not taken samruddhi name in the attendance master too.

Even i paid school fess on dated 21.06.2018 of rs.18, 000 through cheque no.000014 drawan by hdfc bank, phaltan on the first day of admission (School receipt no.94 dated 21.06.2018)

Many times i compliant about this harassment from principle to the kidzee mumbai head office through phone calls no.022, 40343900 and [protected] and [protected] but waiting for positive reply.

Kindly request you look in to this positively and if not possible to give my daughter school kit please refund my paid school fess amount soon as possible.

I took admission in Indian institute of mangement located at kandivali east, mumbai. To pursue MBA. After that i taught of discontinuing MBA and demanded to refund my money. I have submitted application regarding my Caste Validity Certificate on 22 June, 18 in Solapur committee for the purpose of M.B.A admission 2018, (attached).

As the deadline for submission of validity certificate to Dte is 10 August but still no update has been done by Solapur committee.

I have also registered complaint in Barti office but still no action has been taken.

Just 4 days are left for the submission.
It's a very humble request to please look into matter and proceed with the best result within time.
