I have ordered from eexata.com for a smartwatch after seeing an ad from fb. After making order one day later they have closed my profile and asking for new registration with my same mail id, so that i can never track my order and there is no email updation. Later i checked for reviews for their site in online and found that many all over india has cheated and they didnt get any product ordered... So kindly put some action to block this fraud...

I have order lemmfo smart watch from Eexata.com, I have received this product on date 18th Feb, on COD, while I open the Currier, I received different product,

I try to contact distributor he is not answering the call also provided mail I'd not correct

Kindly refund my amount.

I have ordered speria p20 6 inch notch smartphone 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom octa-core, purchased from "eexata.com". But they send me 16 gb rom mobile. They cheat with me.
But i have received different item which worst quality. It was not expected.

I order two mobiles and model number is speria p20 from this website (Eexata.com) this is the order number[protected] which we received we received two different models and one is x1 and another one is w2 model and i need the same model (Speriap20). We trying to call for customer care but they are not responding the calls....

I had ordered a smart watch # (Bip bit pace lite youth version as picture attached) with order number #[protected] on 2nd january however have received a fake product as pictures attached. Have also tried contacting the company on the given number but no one is answering also the emails are not getting delivered... Kindly assist in have my amount refunded (Rs.2092/-)...
