I placed an online order for an umbrella on 8 july 2022, yet didn’t receive the item. I would like my refund.

I've purchased umbrella and I didn't receive product yet. Later I got to know it's a fake website

On 25th July 20222, I saw the site Ekaks with good products displayed. But after the order was placed there was no confirmation nor any updates hence I mailed to the below Email. but there is no response. I tried calling to their customer care also, but even that was not working. Kindly help us to get the amount back or at least no other person loses money with these sites further.

On July 24th I order a backpack I didn't receive a order confirmation email
Or till now they didn't send any update on my order
I had to do online payment for it
Later I doubted it because there was no update went on YouTube and found out it fake

Amount got deducted from my account but product not delivered its a fake website. There is no order list to track. It’s fake

This website is fake and i ordered the shoes of rupees 199 and... There is no update...
this is totally fake...
I just want my money back...

Hi, I paid 220 for an umbrella but I have no receive any order ID. The number provided is also fake it does not ring and no response from their side on email as well.
This is a fraud website

I hade ordered a black berry phone of ruppers 999 n they are not responding it is alredy 10days. I had mailed then no response and number is not reachable. What kind of service is this. Is this the way to rob ppls money. I haven’t seen ppls reviews. Other vs i would have not ordered on this website
