I have placed the Order on 15th Dec21. The order is for Apple Airpods 2nd generation. Before ordering I checked with the Seller if the product is Original and Serial Number is validated with Apple. They said it was original and I could also return if I find the product to be duplicate.

I'm attaching the Whatsapp conversations of the whole history happened.

Now they have delivered me Airpods Pro fake version which has the poorest quality and not working properly at all. The serial number is also not original as confirmed from Apple website.

Now I'm asking for Return & Refund (3999INR) for which they're not accepting & saying they can only Replace.

I request you to take serious action & help me getting the Refund.

Ordered for a NOKIA 1100 phone for 800 rupees..

Hi Team,

I have ordered one mobile from EKMobile.in cost 4274. First they tell me it will deliver in 4 day then 7 day. And after 1 Month they told me that Product is not available they will do the refund . After that they stop receiving the call and messages. Sometime they receive the call and tell they will do and reply to WhatsApp message that what happened. I am calling them from last 1.5 Months and still there is no response. Owner of this fraud website name is - Rohan.

It's not only about money they are harassing their customer. We are calling continuously but no response.

Request you to please take hard action against them, It's fine also If i didn't get my money, But please take action against them

I am in delhi and going to complain in Karolbagh police station as well.

Please call me in case more details are needed.

I have not received the shipping details till now it was ordered on 4th oct 2021. I need this product as soon as possible or else refund my amount.
