I have purchased a flat in Aug 2016 and builder said we give within 6 month.
I am waiting for flat till today.

I booked a flat in Ekta brooklyn park, A wing 8th floor 802, virar from ekta world under the "life ka chance" offer in October 2016. In this life ka chance offer, ekta world through advertisements and initial sales process assured home buyers that they will be covered by a third-party insurance company in case of delay of delivery (Fit-out) with a 10% p. A. Interest by the insurance company.

From the date of booking i. E. October 2016, ekta world kept on sending demand letters every 2 months without any progress in construction. Eventually my bank denied the payment as there was no progress in construction work of my wing. I have already paid 82% of the flat cost.

My wing fit-out date was May 2017. However there was no work done in my wing from October 2016 till May 2017. When i called ekta world in May 2017 for getting the interest for delay in construction work as promised in their advertisement and initial sales process, i was told that there is a 6 months grace period and they will start construction work of my wing from July 2017 and by May 2019 we will get the possession as OC will be received.

Recently in September 2021 we have visited the site and the work is not in progress.

We are staying on rent from past 4 years. I have to pay Rent and loan amount both. Now I can't handle it financially.

I am asking them to pay the interest for delay in construction work (Fit out) as promised also give the possession of the flat on time.

Do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi, I Manish Gupta have flat in Ekta Brooklyn Park in A wing 802. I have purchased it under life ka chance plan in October 2016. That time they told us that we will get possession in 2017, if not then we will get every year interest of the amount paid to the builder under third party insurance but now till 2021 builder has not completed my flat and not giving possession.
From last 4 years my family is staying on rent and now I am financially no able to handle it, so I request to do the needful as soon as possible
