Defective product delivered and they are not taking it back or replacing it. They are also not responding to any calls

An amount of Rs 1639/- has been debited from my account. No confirmation of order

Order No.5177332 placed on 25th Oct 2022. Still they are checking quality of their own product and no update or indication of despatch. Theri customer care is just waste and nobody attend the phone, but keep us on line forever. Regret very much that I have chosen tbem and place order. There is no provision to cancel the order or call any of them. Is this a cheating company just to loot the public? If not they should respond and fulfil their orders. This is not the way to do business and to make money. Disgusting.

I have ordered LCD with TOUCHCREEN FOR SAMSUNG Z3 GOLD but recieved a defective product.The display was not working.However they rejected my replacement order .

replacement placed on 8th Sept .

Their reason is they delivered 02 Sept but i recieved only on 5th of Sept.
I wanted to enquire them but all their numbers provided are not working.

I have booked mobile folder but it can not me sent so please cancel my order & refund my money order no 2298027. No one can recieve call

I have done one booking at their online portal. First they cancelled the order then there is no trace of the refund money. What is more disturbing is that I have found similar complaints from multiple consumers online, seems like they loot all of them with the same trick.
I don't know if the money will be ever be refunded, but I really want this website to be closed forever.
