Good evening
I have ordered Item Apple iPhone SE white 256 GB including ear pods and power adapter through the web site of electronic deal.in on 23 Jul 2022 . The amount of Rs. 22, 249 towards the same has been paid on the Same day through my SBI Credit Card and the payment was processed and debited through payUmoney link.
Till date neither I have received the item nor the refund.
I have tried many at times to contact electronicdeal.in via mob number provided in the web site [protected] and found not in existence. Even tried the email as provided in the site [protected]@electronicdeal.in and the mail is bouncing.

Request to refund the total amount.

I ordered oppo m 31 neckband but instead got some fake neckband...
I tried to mail the site reg this but site didn't accept request from gmail to connect...
It's a total fraud site...Request all to be careful
n not to order any product from this site...

I have no information or any message about my order and payment also made on 15/08/2022, my Order I'd is 34615. Please help me about this

Today i have received my Oppo neckband from your courier partner.After unboxing i have found it was not the same product which i have ordered.details has been mentioned below.
1.There is no port for C- charging, only USB port charging available.
2.No C cable in this pack for charging,
3.Colour is green which was not the same as my order.(Black)
4.Logo of oppo was not visible in the neckband.
Hence I feel that the seller may have sent different/duplicate products to me.
I want to return this item.

I have placed an order for "Sony WI-C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone" on 1st Feb 2022 with full advance payment. On 3rd Feb site says, order delivery completed, but I have not received any product. Trying to reach their customer care number, it says number is discontinued. When I had written a mail to [protected]@electronicdeal.in, it failed with following message:

Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to [protected]@electronicdeal.in. Gmail will retry for 21 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

Need to know how can I get the refund of the product. Company looks like a fraud.

I bought a oppo m31 neckband from electronicdeal.in. after opening the delivered package the packaging was identical with oppo branding but without any seal. The product inside was a cheap knock off and broken. I emailed them regarding this on the email address mention on the site, but my mail did not deliver. I can't return it and can't use it..

I ordered a Sony MDR-XB75AP on 20/01/2022. The order was delivered on 24/01/2022, But instead of Sony MDR-XB75AP, there was some other Sony earphones which I did not place the order for.
I have tried to contact them through their support mail id "[protected]@electronicdeal.in". The mail id is not in existence. Their customer Care no. "(+91) [protected]" provided on the site is also not available. I have spent a total amount of Rs. 2, 899 on the said purchase which is fake and has given me undue stress on following up with this case.
I want the refund for the said item which was paid in full via bank UPI transaction.

I ordered for a sony mdr xb75 ap. Instead of which, i received sony mdr ex750ap.
My order no. Is 29649, was placed on 20.01.2022, which i received the on 24.01.2022.
The product is fake and is different from the product i ordered. I need a refund for my order.
The customer care number for electronic deal is not reachable, even the support mail id is non-existent.

I have ordered a one plus bluetooth earphone and payment is in advance. From the starting electronicdeal.in website shows your order in process when i contact them they mailed me we do not received payment I contact CCAvenue then they mail me we that they contact the merchant after this the order is on hold and still on hold. They did provided me refund and not delivered the product. Pls help me.

I had ordered for a boat smart watch on 31/01/2021 from electronicdeal.in website and received on 7/2/2021 and paid in full in cash.

To my surprise I see that there is no manufacturing date and neither any price mentioned on the box if the watch. I immediately emailed about this to the support email “[protected]@electronicdeal.in”.

The quality of the product also seems to be unsatisfactory. I did not get the warranty card also.

I had written mail thrice but am not receiving any response. Also the mobile number[protected] given on the website is switched off constantly.

I have a ordered boat storm smart watch from this website. But they delivered a duplicate product. Now I am requesting them to take it back and refund the amount but they are not responding.there don't give me any contact no even.
