I need justice for my soent money

My recent encounter with electroniksindia.com left me deeply dissatisfied. The products, supposedly rebranded from China, lacked the quality I expected. Even more frustrating was their inadequate technical support team that failed to address my concerns.

I bought Android box from your company site they given 14 days warranty but now the are not supporting

I have purchased A95x W2 Android box and found tha HD audio feature is not working but it shows in settings. I have shared them the screenshot proof and raised the complaint next day itself but no proper responses. Another day, I texted their support via WhatsApp and they have acknowledged stating like responded accidentally to an another customer who bought an ear buds. Its an abrupt and Cleary irrespective customer support and there is no way to speak to them at any point. I choose this e-commerce for the only reason they have Android boxes. I have submitted replacement request next day itself and as per their company policy we can initiate within 10 days from the date we purchased. In the result of their delay responses customers are getting frustrated.

I have sent the package in my own cost of courier charges via speed post and shared the consignment details but still they are pointing if the product is used means they won't do replacement. Its not a genuine and expected service. I'm wondering how our government provided e-commerce license to these kind of cheaters. Kindly help someone to get in touch with them.

I bought a pair of bluetooth earbuds from Electroniks India. Got it delivered on 7th December, 2021. My earbuds were working fine but for the last few weeks they have stopped working. I have tried to contact Electroniks India via different ways like WhatsApp, Mail and also through call but never got a response from them. They mention in their website that they provide a warranty of 1 year, but they clearly do not do that because I have been trying to explain them my issues but got no response from them.
