Fake commitments, no refund, 3rd class service. Never use EmartBazzar.

I have received call from one executive that, there is a special offer for you on the usage of your American Express credit card. He shared information regarding the offers and ask me to pay INR8450 for these offers. Till that time, he never told me that he is not from American Express, even he has the information regarding my full name. Once I was agreed to pay, he provided me the link to pay and on that time it was cleared that they are not from American express.
I paid the amount, and once order received I was surprised because benefits received were different from the committed one.

One more thing that was very unprofessional, once I paid the amount I have received a call from the logistics team that these benefits you will receive. If you are okay, we will process your order. I objected on that time that these benefits not matched with the benefits explained by executive. Then, I received a call again from executive that logistics team is not aware of regarding the offers and don't worry you will receive the offers explained earlier. After that I agreed to process the order. But after receiving the courier everything was clear.

I am asking for the refund but there is no response from their support. They are telling me give me 24 Hours, call on Wednesday etc.

Please take some immediate action.

Raise your dispute with American Express. They may help you to get your money back.
I tried the same thing with hdfc bank for the similar kind of case and later the merchant was agree to return my money.

Hey guys, even I got cheated the same way can you please explain in detail how you got your refund by calling the bank.

Emart BAZZAR & Big shopping Bazzar holiday and discount vouchers .
Terms and conditions conveyed by representative are different and whatever conveyed was misleading and actual offer is entirely different, It is clear cut case of fraud and money should be refunded at the earliest or there will be FIR against the company for fraud

I got a call from this number [protected], they convinced me that i have been selected as a lucky customer for emart Combo Kit, which included holiday package, watch, benetton combo, discount card etc.. ( I didn't suspected it to be fraud as they had a very fluent English and where very logical in their approach, they were discussing and emphasing about the benefits of the offer and they didn't sounded desparate for money as other con)

I was convinced till this point, then they asked me to pay through PayuMoney Rs 8245. This sounded Fishy to me and than i asked him to give me some authentic payment link like from from ICICI Bank Website(The Card ) Which i was holding) but he instead started to convince me about the legitamacy of him and the organization and to convince that it is not a fraud...

Atlast i didn't made the payment.

This was the most convincing Credit/Debit card spam/con which i have ever encountered

Never fall in trap of these educated con men...

Even I got a call from them. Asking 8000 rupee. Hahaha. Dont ever pay anything for future promotions unless it is reputed organisation with results already visible.

Hi I also got the call days back and i am already a member of this already.But frankly speaking i didnt encounter any fraud in this. Whenver i make them the call they use to help me.Can anybody please help me how we can call them fraudlent.

There can be some kind of mistake because I also got the call. I've also bought some product from Emart Bazaar. I don't see any fraud. Their service is helpfull.

Yesterday i purchase some cloths from emart bazaar, and today i got a call today from emart bazaar for thanking me for shopping through emart bazaar. This company is not a fraud company. I am impressed from the company and next time, I definately do shopping from the emart bazaar

Even i got a call from number - [protected] . After knowing about the big offer, i understood that its a fraud call. I am posting this just to let everyone know about it .

Have you received the package which they said you will receive in 15 days? cause i have also got the same call i was almost convinced but when i goggled it i found your comment.

The person given his employ ID and even i have call there call recorded where in they have mentioned name of good companies involved in that e.g Dmart, Make my trip, Paytm etc.

Today i have received the same kind of call ([protected]) from EMart and they were using the name of some big companies like Visa card, Master card, Payumoney, Paytm etc

And try to convince me regarding purchasing of this Rs. 8200/- package, this is the completely fraud with the innocent customers

Same kind of scenario was there the guy called me was fluent in English & tried to convince me to buy there stupid package of worth Rs. 8200 and the guy told me he is calling from visa company as you are holding the card of the visa and you are selected as the lucky customer for this package

Amazing ... i have received a call from [protected] on 07-04-18. They are saying they are service provider of visa and mastercard. I knew at first instance they are scamming. I asked their company searched on google and came to this page. They are running this scam from more than 1 year and nobody has taken an action against them.
