my order that was processed Aug 26/2022. I have not recieved it still. I have attempted to contact through email several times, and on site contact, the whatsapp number listed on their instagram does not work, no response to instagram dm and calling the number normally doesn't work either.

I got a email from Shiprocket the shipping company they used however the last it said was it was in my city on Sept 5 but held back for "RTO due to restricted item” and it has not been updated since, nor have I heard from anyone.

I payed a lot of money for the shipping charge equal to the product price which is ridiculous in the first place, and I expected my pkg to reach me more than 2 weeks ago.

I do not recommend this company at all, feels like a scam company to me now. Im infuriated, and i will be tracking them and trying legal action on them.

I ordered a necklace and chain from this site and paid close to 3000rs for both. When i received the box, there was only one item in the box though the box said it contains 2. Tried calling in the landline number but no one picked (Tried at different times and different days), tried sending 2 emails in 2 mail ids they provided - they didnt respond. Finally after 2 days someone replied when i send the whatsapp. They acknowledged the item was not send and promised to refund. Its been more than a month, refund not received and they dont reply to my msges. Its like these people are untraceable and beyond reach. They just dont respond to emails or phonecalls.
