EMS Speed Post Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

My parents have sent me 2 parcels on 18th Feb 2009.

We received only 1 at Osaka, Japan and still waiting for the other one.

Tracking number of the NOT received parcel is EM[protected]IN


For the one which we have received is EM[protected]IN.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am residing at Plot No - 24-1/115, H. NO - 24-648, Road No -, Maruthi Nagar Colony, PO- Trimulgherry, Secunderabad - 500015, Andhra Pradesh. My address comes under the jurisdiction of TRIMULGHERRY POST OFFICE (PIN 500015). On 31 Jan 2009 a speed post was booked by the Regional Transport Authority, Trimulgherry with the No. EN[protected] IN in my name addressed to the above address. The speed post consist of my ORIGINAL DRIVING LICENSE. On 10th of Feb 2009, I went for an enquiry to the post office after taking the tracking number from RTA, on scrutiny the following facts came out :

a) The article was received at Trimulgherry Post Office on 03 Feb 2009. (This was confirmed to me by the staff of the PO after checking their records).

b) The article was not handed over to the Post man for delivery.

c) The concerned staff could not locate the article.

d) The post master asked me to give a written complaint for the same, which I did and he assured me, he will look into the matter and get back to me at the earliest.

e) On 17the Feb I got a letter from the Post Master that the article is missing, and they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to me.

In this whole process I really had a bitter experience with PO service, staff was not ready to help or even understand the need of the customer/consignee. The attitude of the post office staff was rude. I respect them as a Central government employee but they do not take any responsibility for anything, nobody wants to take the responsibility for the lost/misplaced article. Ultimately the consignee is loser and has to suffer.

The staffs have to be trained to handle customers. Their attitude and poor behavior towards customer urgency and whatever you do I am not bother should be changed as they are working in a service industry.

I have made a we complaint with the India post web site also the complaint number is[protected] on 11 Feb 2009, the response to which is still pending. I am sure, the responsible person there would not have open the copmplaint site till date.

In the whole process I am without a driving license till date and awaiting for action from the Post Office side.

i had posted envelope through EMS speed post on 10 feb2009 it's number is EK[protected]IN.. but it is not delivered yet...pls do check it's status...

I had posted a letter destined to Canada on 15th January 2009, they had promised that with speed post it will reach in 5 days. However its been over 10 days and the post havent reached them. Its absolutely pathetic to see such lag. It would have been better to pay 50 rs and get a normal post done as it reaches in 14 days. Absolutely unacceptable.

on 24-12-08 i had sent my documents from bharatpur rajasthan to times internet ltd. new delhi by EMS speed post service of indian post department, rect.no-ER[protected]IN.ihad also complaint about this matter on departments costumer care, but all in vein.till today non deliverance of that parcel and also no status available on net has made speed post service a worst post service

i have sent a cover of doccument by EMS Speed Post on 25/11/2008 to delhi
but till no replay of POD & Also no record found by tracking online on the sith

what to do?

A parcel was consigned for me from Mumbai on 19 November 2008. The Receipt No is EM[protected]IN. A visit to the Post Office just got me a call saying that it had not been received in the Post Office yet. This is a shame. The Post wanted to ban the couriers. They need to get their act in order first.

i had sent a parcel on 22 september 2008 from pune to Rourkella, Orissa. it was a birthday gift. i was informed it takes 2-3 days but it is 27 today and its still not delivered. sir its very important. my tracking number is EM[protected]IN. please help me.

I, Swagata Chakraborty send letter through ems speed post(POD EW[protected]IN) with POD on 21st August 2008 from Benachity post office(Pin-713213) of Durgapur, West Bengal to a local address(Pin-713214) of Durgapur but till today(18.08.2008) neither I have received back POD nor your website is is able to give me any status of that consignment.The website displays this following message:
"The Delivery Particulars are as follows:
Article Number
Office of Booking Delivery Date and Time
Office of Delivery
EW[protected]IN
There is no record of this item. If it was booked recently, it may not yet be tracked.
Please try again later."

Please give me the status of this letter and oblige.

from Roorkee Pst Office.
Today I asked Roorkee Post Master for the same He told you personally come along with the photocopy of slip thereafter I will lodge the complaint or search.
What does it mean from Jaipur I have to go personally to see it,
Your Jaipur H O has showed their inability to locate the document.
Pl see to it.

ICICI bank has sent a speed post regarding my account details on 24th-Apr-2008.
But till date I didn't received it.
When I asked in the bank, they provided the airway bill number: EM[protected]IN
Kindly do the needful to get my mail as soon as possible.

I had booked the speed post on 15/04/08 and today is 19/04/08 still the speed post is not received it was sent from Ahmedabad to Gurgaon The EMS no -- EG[protected]IN.
I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER TO CALL IT SPEED POST OR SLOW POST OR NO DELIVERY POST . SURPRISINGLY WHEN WE INQUIRED AT THE AIRPORT OFFICE OF AHMEDABAD THE PERSON DID NOT EVEN WAS WILL TO TELL US THE OFFICE AT GURGAON FOR ENQUIRY PURPOSE.

WHAT NONSENSE THEY HAVE WITH THIS SERVISE AND PEOPLE WORKING.

My two consignments were booked from Delhi vide EMS No ED[protected] IN and ED[protected] IN on 08 April08 Not yet delivered as of now.

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I have sent a speed post containing some urgent deliverables (consignment no. EK[protected]IN) from Infosys Mysore office on 11th Feb,2008 to my native place at Agartala (Tripura). They told me that it will reach within 3 days and till now I my parents have not received that.
As it is extremely urgent for reaching that parcel in short time I request to the concerned officer to take a look into the matter.
