      I dispatched the said document on 16.12.13from Chennai and the same was reached to Kolkata 17.12.2013 and on the same day it was dispatched to Ranchi SH but today is 19.12.2013 and the status showing in the net is documents dispatched from Kolkata to Ranchi on 17.12.2013.

      Kindly update the same and arrange to deliver the document at the earliest. Your earliest action in this matter will be highly obliged for this kind work.

        EMS Parcel (tracking ID : EH[protected]IN) has not been delivered as of yet. The parcel was booked on the 22nd of October. It is 31st today. The tracking site showed location updates till the 23rd, and then there has been no more updates...The last update read that the parcel has been dispatched from Delhi RMS to Guwahati RMS on the 23rd... Could the matter be please looked into?

          Sir/ Madam,
          I am a non resident Indian in Kigali, Rwanda. I wanted to get a document from India and used your service. First my relative tried to send it from Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala and could not find Kigali, Rwanda in the network. So my friend tried from Karnataka, Mangalore but unfortunately it went to South Africa and came back. I think it is an error not having this country Rwanda not in your network. We have this ems service from here to all countries but finding difficulty from India to Rwanda and it began only some time back. We used to use your service there was no problem. Hope you will consider my request.

          EMS INDIA — EMS India

          my EMS no. EE[protected]CN has still not reached my home in panchkula... when i track it, i can clearly see that it reached india quickly n smoothly but lastly when it reached Delhi sorting center , it has got stuck up there only. There is no further movement from there. Can anybody plz help me get there and track any further inquiry about my shipment??
          Last tracking shows : Your item was received by sorting center(REPUBLIC OF INDIA DELHI F PAR) at[protected]:12:00

          Why is the processing in India so slow? This is a shame for us, for our country. i need to make a complaint against the EMS India department now or whosoever is responsible for delivering the shipment after it comes to my country. i hv been waiting for my shipment from so long. plz make it quick to reach it to my place.

            i send one parsol from bangalore to guwhaty traking details is EK[protected] we recive the parsol at assam ,but thay took that materiel from inside and thay paked again as it is.

            we complain to the destination post office the post master is not taking responsible for that which he know very well about this incident that some body took that materiel from the parasol

            so kindly do this need full that materiel is Nokia Asha mobile cost of 4200 which i shown to the Bangalore post master also before sending

              Subsequent to my purchase on eBay, seller from Qatar dispatched the product using EMS parcel (addressed to me in India) on 6th March. The Qatar post EMS site gives the flight number and dispatched status. The Indiapost site has no record of receipt. I checked with the Mumbai Speed post customer care cell and they too have no record till date (14th March). They are directing me to check in Qatar whereas Qatar post has shared the details including the flight number and time of dispatch. Not sure whom to approach.

              INDIAN POST — EMS received in worse condition

              Sir,

              Our family member sent EMS with having number EP[protected]IN booked at Patiala (Punjab) to Tokyo- Japan. All the poly bags was torned and material was mixed with each other. The box was totally broken.It seems that it was badly handled by indian post EMS.

              Please look into the matter.

                I find that the oldagers pension were not distruted proper and i find that the old agers pension of Rs.400/- while receive from postal man they have to give Rs.30/- and the postal authorities were rotate the money (lending) for 30 days.

                Sir,
                My PAN card is posted through registered EMS Speed post from bombay and it is not delivered due to improper adress specification hence i traced the speed post by its number- ET[protected]IN and found it is routed to Andhra University post office. The Andhra University postal office has checked the records and confirmed that they have received it, but could not find it. This PAN CARD is very much required as i had to submit for all the requirement for visa processing, please do the needfull.

                  I had sent a speed post no EJ[protected]IN on 29/12/09 to PUNE. but till now it has not reached. So I want the details please.
                  A speedpost dated 10-dec-2009 with No. EA[protected]IN sent by state bank of India to me has not reached me till date (18-jan-2010). The bank has marked the item as dispatched. The speedpost online tracking system declares the item as delivered. But I have not received the item. I need a resolution for this issue.
