Hello sir i had purchased 3 itames from emtex engineering pvt ltd through industrialbuy.com
On dates 06 aug 2020, 12 aug 2020, 13 aug 2020,
I tried a lot of time to connect customer care support but they doesn't receive my call
Please solve my problem my all oders are pre paid

Hello team, i have placed an order for cold storage box on 1st june 2020. However, there is no communication from the company once the order is placed. Customer care numbers are not working.. I find it fishy. While looking into the customer review i have this company to be fake... Please deliver my product in the good condition or else i will complain in consumer forum..

I have booked manual pipe bender vide order no[protected] on 10th aug 2018 and an amount of rs 6521/- in favour of emtex engineering pvt ltd account no [protected] was paid through neft reference no 52675174a1. Since two weeks have already gone my order is not yet been processed. I have contacted customer care through mail as well as on phone several times and they say that they are yet to get clearance from financial department. It is not clear to me when ì was provided bank details for transfer of amount by industry buying and consequently they received the amount why it takes them so much time to initiate necessary at their end. I hope to receive positive response now very soon and also expect such problem would be fixed at your end.

We have received borosil 100 mm flange desicators 1 nos on 14 03 2018 vide your inv no. Sbw[protected] dated[protected] and we have paid full amount as per your invoice for rs. 6127/- as cash. Thank you for continuing to make timely delivery.
Unfortunately, the item in this invoice, is hereby rejected and return back to you due to this item is not in usable condition (The item was broken). Details of the returned items is follows.
1. Borosil 100 mm flange desicators 1 nos
So, please receive this returned item and and as per telephonic discussion we had to the number[protected], send another one immediately due to our lab work is stopped due to the absence of this item

I received safety shoes which is different from what i saw on online or which is different from what i ordered .Regarding this i complaint but that fellow was saying that the model which i play on net is used to diffrent from what i actually delivered.The model which i selected was having three lace hole but the model which i received is having four lace hole and also its toe safety steel is little bit deformed.
