Sir my Acknowledgement no is 11614156, date 26/03/2023 . I am stuck due to payment gateway problem. Please resolve ASAP.

I'm not able to generate password or ipin...

I have tried to register for nps today using their portal. after making the payment, the amount got debited but still pran not generated and the site always says "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. Recently I created a Tier-1 NPS Account the payment failed and when I try to recomplete the registration. "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

" This is the error message I'm receiving and unable to complete the registration process....

My money was debited from icici bank account which was registration fees but on nps portal, it is showing payment failure.

I couldn't complete my payment as the payment window didn't open, and later, I was continually getting this error.

I am in the process of registering for NPS account.
I updated my details & uploaded the required all the documents.
After later I tried to make payment but I got stuck at payment gateway.
Also i'm not able to login using my acknowledgement id as getting this error.
Kindly look into it.

I was in the process of registering for an NPS account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then I tried to make a payment but got stuck at the payment gateway. Now I am trying to log in using my acknowledgement id and date, but I have been getting the following error for the last 4 days.
