I was in the process of registering to NPS but my payment failed at the payment gateway. But now I am getting this error -

"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"
I even logged a complaint in nps grievance but haven't got any response

My money is debited from icici bank account which was registration fees but on nps portal it is showing payment failure.

I have opended eNPS account and also made initial contrubution. PRAN number also is received by me however i am unable to login or reset IPIN. While i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id. Details-

I have not been able to complete payment for generation of pran. Now im not able to complete pending registration by logging in. An error is displayed as "Registration against this acknowledgment id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.Please try after sometime". Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

I'm trying to invest in eNPS after completing all mandatory detail in this site got acknowledgement no[protected] trying to payment but registration against this acknowledgement[protected] is pending for payment gateway since a days trying to contact customer care no. Please suggest me how to reset the transaction in order to proceed for complete registration process.

Today, I tried making a contribution of Rupees 4500 through UPI but the payment getway got stuck. The said amount was deducted from bank but the contribution did not go through. Kindly resolve.
