Transaction got failed while paying for nps registration. Getting below error while I try to proceed again with the registration steps for completion.

"The response from the payment gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. we request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS#"

While i was trying to complete my registration procedure in enps by paying the mandatory amount through debit card, it was stuck and upon retrying the same it is showing "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #".
please help by resolving the issue asap.

I am not able to open my NPS form through my Ack number and getting the above error.

Hi there, I have registered on NPS successfully, also done the payment as the last step it prompted for. Done payment via Razorpay (UPI), payment is deducted successfully. But not able to login as it shows error msg like "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. Please help getting this resolved ASAP.

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error .

Hi Team, during my registration process, i got a error during payment. Since the bank server was unavailable at that time. When i am trying later to complete my payment process, its saying "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #". Please help i am unable to complete the registration due to the same issue.

While performing my NPS Registration online, my payment got failed and post that I am unable to login and complete my registration by making the payment online. It is giving the error message that the 'Response from Payment Gateway is awaited'. I am unable to proceed any further. My acknowledgement number is 11006041

when the details are entered, this message pops up and the payment page is not redirected, it's been a week now. Kindly look into this issue and resolve this.
