Hi,

I'm getting below error while trying to complete pending registration.

"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

The Acknowledgement Number is 11907991
Acknowledgement Date is 21/01/2022.

Please help to resolve the issue

I was in the process of registering for nps. After providing the details i tried to make payment but got stuck in the payment gateway. I was attend to open PARN on 22.01.2022. while payment time due to network error unable to complete my payment. After that I was try to complete pending registration via, above message coming. please solve it. thank you.

I made online payment using my debit card for an NPS contribution of INR 50, 000. The money got debited from my bank account (Axis Bank) but transaction got failed at eNPS portal (via Razorpay payment gateway).

Amount deducted - Rs. 50, 000/-

Please either revert back the money to my bank account or make this contribution successful in my NPS account.

While Completing the pending registration of NPS for my acknowledgment no:

I opened a account on 6-Jan-22 for NPS and tried to make payment. But due to bad network, payment has not been completed.

Then I tried to 3-4 time to make re-payment, but every time it showing error on Complete Pending Registration page as below:

Please look into this and assist further.

I tried to create my Tier-1 NPS account and made the initial payment of 15000 by using ICICI Netbanking. I filled all the payment details and money is also deducted from my account, but after the payment page, I received an error.

Now, I am trying to complete my registration from "Complete Pending Registration" section, but it is giving this error - "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. Kindly let me know by when can I receive my refund or will it update against my NPS account.

I made a payment online by enps site site and selected RazorPay and aaded UPI id and made payment. Payment got succeeded from my bank account
enps.[protected]@hdfcbank at 4.23 pm[protected].

Amout deducted from my account -10011.80.
Kindly let me know by when can i receive my refund or it will update against my NPS account.

After filling all the information for NPS registration and moving to payment gateway got some error and when refreshed it showed session expired. When I retried with complete pending registration I got response from payment gateway awaited. Attaching screenshot for the same.
