I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 2 days.

"registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

After providing all details for registration, post payment via UPI payment, I am getting the below error. Due to which I'm stuck and registration is pending.

I have been operating NPS account since last 2 years. my PRAN no. is[protected]. For some reason, now when i am trying to login it shows "PRAN not found in database".
i am neither able to login nor register my complain in the NPS as it does not proceed without accepting the PRAN no.

After registration on national pension system trust. Acknowledgment number received is: 11708098 and
Acknowledgment date[protected] By clicking completing pending registration it shows
"The response from the payment gateway Gateway for the payment attempt against this Acknowledgment no is awaited"
I had tried many times but it remains same. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

My Acknowledgement Number is 11742162 and the Acknowledgement Date is 10/10/2021

Every time I try to complete my pending registration, I get this message, "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time." form yesterday.

Please look into this, Thanks.

Note: I can see that there are many complaints raised for same issue but no effort has been made to resolve it. Why can it be handled effectively and why each one o[censored]s has to raise a complaint for the same issue every time.

I have initiated the process of NPS registration and filled all the details.
But unfortunately after making payment a message was given -
"Response from Payment gateway against this acknowledgement number is awaited.."

Everytime I am trying to complete my registration the same message is shown.

Neither it's allowing me to complete my registration and get my PRAN number nor opening a new account.

I could complete NPS account creation online. Payment also done. But when doing the otp verification, it showed a blank white page and then invalid page error when doing e-sign of the document. I got my PRAN number. But when log in with PRAN number, it shows PRAN does not exist in database. I did not receive any email also with PRAN number.
When trying to complete the registration, it shows registration is completed. How can I complete...

I have got a mail from CRA to complete my registration with required documents to unfreeze my NPS account.

But when i go to the OTP Authentication page and enter below details:
FIRST name: REKHA
date of birth 06/11/1987

I am getting error message : "No Record found for the search criteria"

Could you please help me resolve this ? I want to invest in NPS this year

I had filled all the details but due to non-availability of otp my payment was not able to go through and I am getting the following error:

I have tried several times but not able to go through the error window.
