Hi Team,

This is Ravichand Damerla. During NPS online registration i submitted all details and redirected to payment gate way and entered bank login username and password after that Payment gate way is continously processing, not getting any success or error. Acknowledge number is 11481688 and Date 17th April 2021. Could you pls do needful.

I was trying to register for NPS online and while doing payment, it got stuck and somehow failed eventually, but my amount Rs 5000 was deducted from my bank account.
Now when I try to complete the registration it does not allow me to.
eNPS website gives me error that,

"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

Neither I'm able to complete the registration nor I'm getting my deducted amount back.

Their customer care line is disconnecting within 3 seconds after saying "welcome to nation pension..."
Why does these government websites never miss to give some trouble?

Every time I try to complete my pending registration, I get this message, "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time."

Received ack no. 11074667 dtd 5-Mar-2021. Kotak Mahindra Payment Gateway vide Ref No. [protected] on 5-Mar-21. Amt 50, 383.50 - Payment was successful then the SBI site was struck and unable to redirect to eNPS site.

I tried to complete the process again by logging in using the ACK No. and it says "No Record found for given search criteria".

I wasn't able to get any help from customer care and my bank.

My Acknowledgement Number is 11372316 and the Acknowledgement Date is 11/02/2021. I have registered online on NPS and contributed towards the same for which i received an acknowledgement and also generated PRAN. But when i wanted to log in and check account details, while resetting the ipin it shows as "PRAN not found in database"...

My Acknowledgement Number is 11354583 and the Acknowledgement Date is 31.01.2021.

Every time I try to complete my pending registration, I get this message, "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time." I tried 10 to 15 times but no success.

I tried to contribute in enps. I tried to make payment through Billdesk using Google pay UPI. In google pay its showing payment is successful. But in enps site its showing transaction is failed.

Not sure where should I complain for this.

Note: I can see that there are many complaints raised for same issue. Kindly keep an option to reset the payment option, instead of customers lodging in complaint each time.
