I have taken a Personal Loan from ENRON SECURITIES.
Loan A/C XSEGSPR[protected] Sanctioned Amount Rs.54, 850 Disbursed On 23-Feb-2008
Due to my financial problem i did't pay emi properly.
SO Its amount overdue Rs.70, 339 and written...

I not even know this finance company. In my cibil report it is showing that i had taken a personal loan, Loan no. also mentioned. How could i sort out this problem?

My name is Jeetendra Kumar jain and my PAN number is AKHPJ3971E and my CIBIL control number is 4, 541, 463, 526 ( as on CIBIL Report dated 06/04/2022)
While going through my CIBIL report in January, 2022 I found that there is a consumer loan account reported by enronsecurities having the loan account number[protected] in my account information center section of my CIBIL report ( there were few other accounts have also been reported from other financial institutions ou of which Kotak bank and HSBC have already removed the mis reported accounts).This account does not belong to me and this you can check from your records and my credentials i.e PAN Number, my address, date of birth. As a result of this mis reporting from enron securities, my CIBIL score is badly hit.
I Raised a dispute with CIBIL on 13/01/2022 and after 45 days CIBIL responded to my dispute and advised me to contact enron securities.I raised the same dispute with CIBIL on 05/03/2022 and that is still pending as they are still awaiting your response.It's very unfortunate that even after so long you didn't inquired and hence removed this from my CIBIL report.
I had a telephonic conversation with the CIBIL executive and he informed me that enron securities is not responding to their queries.
Please remove this account from my CIBIL report as it does not belong to me.Hope to hear from you soon.If you require any documents from me you can mail me.

I have taken a personal loan from cholamandalam DBS loan number XSEGTEY[protected] b.kumaravel, 33000 INR but in CBIL it is shown higher amount 97740 pls help me to make sattlement from your side how much amount pls make me reseanable

Helo team,

I have taken a loan from chola mandalam (Xseghim[protected]) back in 2008 and i closed it with enron securities in 2012.

I even received a noc back in 2012. Now i have received a new job from a banking organization who is asking to share a fresh noc as the noc which i have is very old and they do not accept any noc more than 5 years old.

I am attaching the copy of noc and the account statement which i had from chola mandalam.

I am really looking forward for some kind of help from you so that i can pass on the information to my new organization.

Note: if the noc will take some time to be reissued, you can also reply to this mail stating "there is no amount due in my above loan account and you will reissue a fresh noc in sometime".

Please team help me out, i am really hoping a lot from you.
