I applied epass thrice, because i am stuck in chennai, no one is there in my home town to take care of my parents. Till now it's rejected. To approve epass, they asked rs.2000. Amount varies depends on the distance. Many people are started giving money to get epass. Soon the rate will increase if everyone started giving money

I belong to andhra pradesh but since 3 years im studying in telangana, so i had to apply for scholarship in andhra pradesh state.
