My 2nd request for pf transfer also got rejected by chennai pf office.in oct 2017 i was told on call by officer that my earlier request was rejected mistakenly by office and raise it again. Now after 2 months again rejection..!!

1st request rejection reason was eps particular not received, which i verified with grievance and got to know that all eps are linked.
I did not receive 2nd request rejection reason on sms.

This is to inform you that My EPF claim is settled as on 25/10/2010. First amt is credited in my account and till date the 2nd amount is not credited. I spoke with EPF, Chennai they told me that they dispatched the cheque on 25/10/2010 and you should contact with bank. I contact to bank also they are telling till now they didn't received any cheque from EPF, Chennai.
I will sent a complaint in EPF chennai RCHEN/E/2011/00163 and reply to sent to me The Pension amount of Rs. 8851/- has been sent through NEFT on 25.10.10 has been returned back to this office for the reason A/c locked. This office is taking necessary action to resend the amount. But that amount Still not credited in my account.

Sub: PF balance not yet transferred from the Previous employer Account to Current employer No. [PFNo. TN/AMB/65592/119]

I have joined in the present company during Nov-2007. Immediately I gave the Form 13 during Dec-2007. It got rejected and returned after quiet some time. Then we corrected the errors identified and I gave the fresh Form13 during Aug-2008. Again it was rejected and forwarded back to us.

Once again we filled another fresh form and submitted to Ambattur office. When we checked during first week of March, the receptionist at Ambattur office told it it under process and I may come during last week of March and get the confirmed status.

When I verified during 31st March, to my surprise again it was rejected. But please note the recent submission was done as per the concerned officers advise only.

I am at loss to understand being an educated adult, I am not able to get the account transferred even after the lapse of 18 months, is that procedure of EPF is so complicated that I could not follow?

I saw your statement in Hindu dailly today. Hence I am addressing this mail with a hope that my long unresolved issue will be addressed by your goodselves.

I have been following up with PF office Chennai as well as Mafoi Consultants regarding below issue & below is the exact format of letter I had sent to PF Grievance Section in Chennai. But so far, I have not got any resolution. I am sick & tired of all this & only thing coming to my mind is to approach consumer forum and/or labor forum. It is already more than a year since I am struggling to get my PF but so far I've not got any update from anyone. It is such a shame that a clear & simple issue like this is not solved & no one from Mafoi or PF is taking my concern seriously
