Application of Provident Fund Refund Not Processed
My application for withdrawal of my Provident Fund (Account number HR/GGN/26353/674) has not been processed yet. The necessary formalities (submission of form 10 and 19C) have been fulfilled by previous organisation 'Copal Research India Pvt Ltd' (5th Floor, Vatika Atrium, DLF Golf Course Road, Sec 53, Gurgaon) in the month of October 2008. I had applied for PF Transfer on Feb 2007 from Bangalore EPF Office to Gurgoan EPF office from my previous account KN/24476/3855 to present account No. HR/GGN/26147/5211.

ON query, inquiry told me that on 17 march its worksheet has been made
It has been total 8 months pendency .
So You are reqested to do needful asap urgently...
