Respeted Sir/ Madam,

With reference to the above subject, I was employee in C&C Constructions Limited, from 29 Apr 2007 to 6 Dec 2008. I leave the job on 07th Dec 2008.
On 10 Jan 2009, I was fill the form 10C for claim the amount of my Employee provident Fund A/c No- HR/GGN/26085/575 and send it to C&C Constructions Limited, Gurgaon office.

But till date I am not get any reply from both C&C Constructions Limited or EPF Department. When I make call to C&C Constructions Limited, Gurgaon office, they did not talk to me. When I call EPF department, Gurgaon office, they give me only one number[protected] which is always busy.

I send email to C&C and EPF department to solve the matter. But they did not reply. Now I m in need of money. My mother is very serious. She is admitted in hospital. But both the C&C and EPF department are not talk to me, when i call them.

I m very harrased. Sir/Madam please help me on this matter. Now I am really in need of money. The contacts of the both C&C and EPF department are as below :-

PF Transfer
My PF was held with Employee Provident Fund, Gurgaon, Haryana-122201. My PF no is HR/8799/53.
I quit my company and joined a new company. From the new company, I initiated PF transfer. My new PF no is :TN/61709/912. My new employer initiated the PF transfer on 8 months back. But my new employer still now didnt get any response from Employee provident Fund, Gurgaon.

The company has submitted my PF claim withdrawal papers to your office on 22nd September, 2010 duly completed in every respect. It is more than 6 months since the PF claim withdrawal papers have been submitted in your office but my banker has not recived the claim. I tried to follow up with Hewitt Associate’s HR Department and they advised me to follow up directly with your good offices.

My name is BalKrishan. I have submitted my all necessary document for the refund of my EPF. I have received an SMS on Oct 31 stating that your PF refund request is under process. However, nothing has happned. My EPF account number is HR/FBD/10640/55733.

I m Josephine, My PF a/c no HRGGN29301237 . I have apllied for the PF during the month of Oct 2008, from my previous company CITI Group, Chennai . But still my money is not transferred in to my personnal a/c . And i also received a letter from the PF office but it was in hindi it is really difficult for us to read as we are in South India. Moreover the number to be contact[protected]/38) stated in the PF letter is out of reach . There is no other way to contact them.

So please help me to recover the amount as soon as possible. As the mode of conduct to reach the PF person is so difficult .

To be noted: The letter which send by the PF office is noted with no 6 stating that there is some discrepancy with my signature . So pls help me to resolve this problem and to retrieve my amount as soon as posible.

This has reference to my Provident Fund Account no. HR/GGN/29189/03 regarding the incomplete transfer of provident fund in my ICICI Bank account no.[protected].

I want to inform you that last month I received two cheques on my above bank account which was from the account of my ex-employer M/s. Marposs India Pvt. Ltd. (duration of my work 01.01.2008 – 28.10.2008). Cheque details are as follows:

2. Ch. No. 854710 with Rs. 8474.00
Total Rs. 12962.00

I want to also inform you that from 6TH June 2006 to 31st December, 2007, I was the employee of M/s. Machine Tools India Ltd. and they transferred my provident fund i.e. Rs. 21161.00 to M/s. Marposs India Pvt. Ltd. Account no. HR/GGN/29189/03. Now, I have confirmed from my ex-employer M/s. Machine Tools India Ltd. about the submission of all the required details of mine alongwith the cheque no. 0034694 dt. 26.03.2009 for Rs.21161.00 (which is already cleared vide dt. 30.05.2009 from their P.F. Account no. WB/5153/P-879) to your office. As per confirmation by your office, you have received all the documents alongwith cheque vide dt. 19.05.2009 for Rs. 21161.00. Your VDR no. 625A/19.05.2009 for your ready reference.

The factual position is that I have received only Rs. 12962.00 on my bank account and still waiting for the balance payment i.e. Rs. 21161.00.

Kindly, investigate about this case from your end and transfer the balance money on my account at the earliest.

I want to modify my name and father's name.

As per the guidance of the form, one should mention the first name, middle name and last name. My name is as per bank a/c and certificate is G GOPALAKRISHNAN wherein the intial `G' stands and meant for `Father's Name' as per South Indian Style. My name is sanjeev bhati and i went to airtel office and meet with HR department, hr said to me that u have to call me toomarrow .i called next day but he was not picking my phone.sir please confirm me that what will i do.i want not tell the name of HR.my emp id-34469

With reference to the above subject, I was employee in C&C Constructions Limited, from 29 Apr 2007 to 6 Dec 2008. I leave the job on 07th Dec 2008.
On 10 Jan 2009, I was fill the form 10C for claim the amount of my Employee provident Fund A/c No- HR/GGN/26085/575 and send it to C&C Constructions Limited, Gurgaon office.

But till date I am not get any reply from both C&C Constructions Limited or EPF Department. When I make call to C&C Constructions Limited, Gurgaon office, they did not talk to me. When I call EPF department, Gurgaon office, they give me only one number[protected] which is always busy.

I send email to C&C and EPF department to solve the matter. But they did not reply. Now I m in need of money. My mother is very serious. She is admitted in hospital. But both the C&C and EPF department are not talk to me, when i call them.

I m very harrased. Sir/Madam please help me on this matter. Now I am really in need of money. The contacts of the both C&C and EPF department are as below :-
