Epf pension 10c withdrawal amount not received since 6 months.

Sri Sabu EP an employee has submitted on line 10 -D from for claiming pension, after completion of E-nomination. The claim has rejected. As per ·your rejection claim id cited under refence (4) above stating that "not sufficient service for sanction of pension" and asked to submit I 0-C withdraw benefit through offline mode. Copy of rejection letter screenshot enclosed.
ln this connection Please find enclosed herewith 10-C hard copy in original in respect of the above member duly attested, requesting to process for withdrawal benefit to the member The following documents are enclosed here with :-

pensionable service not calculated as per eps-1995 act para 9 a & (b
Sir. My ppo no ap/cdp/34520. The ro, hyd have mentioned my pensionable sevice as 14 years insead of 15 years as per the act. My date of birth is 02/05/1952 and i retired on 31/05/2010 from apsrtc, nellore. My actual pensionable service is to be arrived 14 years 6 moths and 15 days. But ro/hyd have taken as 14 years 5 months 15 days when complained thriugh epfigms
Online it is stated that they have caliculated as my date of birth and closed upto 01/05/2010 though my eps subcription of may 2010
Rs.541-00 was credited from my settlment salary of may 2010 in june 2010. I gave appeal and lawyer notice to cpfc/delhi no reply and nor communication. Hence it is requested to pursue with epfo authority

This is for your kind information that we have submitted the life certificate from SBI Doorvani Nagar Bangalore to the P F OFFICE ,K R PURAM long back.Till today I did not get my pension .So please do the needful immediately.

PENSION NOT CREDITED FROM APRIL 2010 TO MY BANK ACCOUNT

Dear sir,
I have retired from service and I am under EPF PENSION SCHEME. The EPF authorities have sanctioned pension and credited to my bank account for March 2010. For the months of April, May, June 2010 they have have not credited my pension. It is monthly Rs.932.00

EPF PENSION — Delayed pension payment
Dear Sir,I am not getting our EPF pension from EPF since Dec'10. It has become unbearable for us at this old age. Please help.

There is a huge deficiency in disbursement of EPF Pension of NE Region, Guwahati. No one is interested in correcting the deficiencies. Monthly inputs seldom come, sometimes after 2/3 months 1 month's pension. It is not 12 inputs for 12 months. Where the money goes?

Till today my PF pension not started neither any status updated to me regarding pension from your office. I had received only one SMS (Claim form 10D for pension for account no. MHBAN00460110/[protected] has been received on 02/08/2017 and claim ID MHBAN[protected] is under process.) Actual all the pension related papers like 10D form and pension certificates was already submitted on December 14, 2015 in your office. Attached acknowledgement for your reference.
Please let me know the PF Pension status and why this much delay happening. If you need any help from my side so please inform me through mail.
Kindly request you to start the PF Pension as soon as possible.

My ppo no is mrmrt00046458, i am not getting my pension since january'17, when i submit my life certificate though sbi rajender nagar sahibabad through my banker, but till date i have not received my pension, it is very harsement to the employees.

Crediting of PF — Grievance
I submitted my grievance to Deptt Of EPFO on 06 Jan 2009 vide the Regn No: CEPFO/E/2009/000126 allotted to me for future reference. NO details yet sent to me. Progress please !
