I have already given digital life certificate last year for my pension account with ppo no. Ap/hyd/0071009. -
As per the advice from epfo, submitted physical life certificate at the concerned bank branch (Andhra bank, sithaphalmandi during the first week of november 2017.
But pension amount for january 2018 not credited till date to my sb account.
Request you to look into and ensure credit asap.br...

This has reference to ppo no orbbs00065707 due from sept'15. After a lot of struggle the pension began to be paid. Again it has not been paid since may. Dlp has been submitted twice - first time through service centre on 15/08/2017 at nalconagar, angul and second time at pf office mango jamshedpur in nov'2017. Unfortunately, there is no communication from epfo side regarding release/ non-release of pension.
Kindly intervene to release...
