I can't able transfer my pf to my current employer...lots of time myself raise a transfer request in epfo portal...but as of now that all transfer requests are declined... kindly do the needful to transfer my pf to my current employer...

Hi,

I have taken a LPA loan with Equitas bank 6 months back. I have been asking them to give me soft copy of the LPA agreement. They are not responding and acting on my request.

When approached the customer care, they had to say that LPA agreements will be with the branch the LPA was taken.

The local branch where the LPA was taken they say the LPA is with head office in chennai and cannot provide it.

I had tried reaching them on mobile, email and even in person several times to the bank and their office in Begumpet as well. It now they haven't provided the needful documents I am asking for.

The sad part is there is no online account or access given to me and there is no proper organizational hierarchy present. I am not understanding whom to escalate this matter.

Hope this channel I am registering the complaint help me in directing me in right path and help in taking this message to the right teams.

Rs. 500 were debited via upi for fastag wallet via equitas small finance bank. However, the amount was not credited in the fastag current balance. No response from equitas small finance bank even after contacted for the same. The complaint has been pending for five days with no response from the bank. Transaction records has been attached for the reference.

My uan number is[protected] in the name of neeshoo saraswat. I request to kindly update the details of my service in the epfo portal as soon as possible.

On dated 25.1.2019 and 29.1.2019, two text messages received for loan emi payments for loan no. Slcndgr0182203 with equitas finance. But i have not taken any loan with your finance agency/bank. Kindly correct the mobile number with this loan case as i am not your customer for the said loan immediately.
