Complaining for driver misbehaviour and verbal disrespect in public and no support from ESSAR customer service

My seat was untidy and there were some used bottles in my seat. I asked the helper/ driver to take out the garbage but he declined to do so. He was verbally abusing my co passenger (female) for chewing gum. Then after some heated argument he declined us to depart in our departure station and made us to depart 7km away from our destination. After that he shouted on us using unparliamentary words in the road and went off. He also tried to shout and raised his hand against my co-passenger female. I tried to reach ESSAR customer service several times but they didn’t lift the call. I kindly request you to take action against ESSAR and the driver.

Worst behavior by driver and travels agent
Unfortunately I booked tickets in your travel from coimbatore to nagercoil on[protected]
9.40 PM with seat No L1 L2. Where they have not called nor followed me regards to boarding and left us. With doubts I called the driver regarding bus location, he started shouting me and asked us to come by walk for 500 meters. And told we will not call if you want you have to follow up and board the bus. Also shouted and told if required come or else go to office and complaint I don't care. Since I was traveling with my wife I don't want to ruin the situation more. These
driver and the travels management both were not dealing this issue in right way.

Worst passenger maintenance
Stopping their vehicle on between the travel for nearly an hour and passengers almost got suffocated no ventilation inside the bus

DID NOT STOP IN ACTUAL BUS STOP

This is the Worst Travel I have ever travelled. Worst Bus and Filthy Staff behaviour. I had a trip from CBE to TRICHY and to my surprise he stopped the bus at CHATRAM BUS STAND and said he wont go to JUNCTION BUS STOP which is the Actual bus stop. At 3 AM, I had to pick an autorickshaw and reached there.

i booked a ticket from trichy to coimbatore my pnr no. is ESRC56347101 the bus timing was given in d ticket was 11:45...but the was departed at 10:30 itself...and when i made a call to contact no. which was given in d ticket ([protected])he was not at all picking up the call bcoz of them i went in local bus...so please refund my amount of rs.330 or i will drag u people to court...plz be serious ...hw much people r getting affected dnt u knw ???
