I ordered APC UPS online and paid Rs 3667 by Netbanking. Money was deducted from my account but due to glitch at estorewale end it wasn't credited to their account. I dent them message twice on the chatbot of their website. The order status began to show cancelled next day. I sent message on WhatsApp claiming refund. After five minutes order status showed processing. They deducted 5 orr cent amount from refund for their own fault. Absolutely unprincipled thieves they are. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not buy anything from estorewale. I fell for the "official" tag, i received an open box item which was also defective. The support team still claims box is "factory-sealed", which is seriously unbelievable. Picture attached. My guess is that estorewale is a channel for used / returned / refurbished products. Now i need to return the product at my expense although no fault of mine. Every customer is entitled to brand new product, unfortunately these folks are dishonest.

Placed order for apc rbc17 (Order #568) battery at estorewale.com on 01 may 2017.

Oder showed processing till 04 may 2017, called customer care number ([protected]), was told stock is not there, will come in 2-3 days.

No updates till 8 may 2017. Called customer care again, lady pics up, says boss not there call later. Sent email ([protected]@[protected]). Received reply stock expected by 10th, please wait.
