The saree that i purchased for rs.1650 is of very bad quality and in no way matches to what i ordered in the picture. I tried contacting them through phone but the phone no. Did not work, the complaint mail that i sent also bounced back. I want my money to be returned and also i dont want these people to con people with their fb and website which is a fraud....

My mother ordered a saree from ethnikmall. The saree that she ordered was of green color and they sent a saree of a completely different color. On asking them for the replacement they started abusing and not responding. The customer care executive started harassing me on call and started threatening me to block my number if i called back again. The company is a fraud. Please don't buy from them ever. Has been delivered to me not as per the picture shown. The color and the quality of the material is not at all worth. And i have requested them for refund and return but i haven't received any reply from them and finally i have send it back to them and till date no action is being taken from their side....

On my facebook account, I had seen this sari on EthnikMall site, I selected this sari through Facebook, it shows sponsored. The sari costing 1500/- was selected and cheap saree was delivered.
Courier company isalso false.
I tried calling on the phone number, but it looks false. No response received.

Worst worst worst .. bloody people cheating like crazy, I would like to file a case on these guys, such a cheap quality they have sent which is Not at all worth for Rs. 900, the customer care ppl do not respond when I say I need to return it they raise their voice on top of the hill, they say it’s not possible and they disconnect the call .. such a bloody attitude .. one of the worst service .. guys pls help me to file a case against them...

Cheaters... Liars n biggest frauds i have ever come across
Offered pretty pictures of sarees at very reasonable prices. Thought of buying a few... Paid online... What i received they were no where near the description given on their site.
Can’t contact them... No response.
My money wasted but friends trust me... Don’t get cheated as i did...

The product i have purchased from ethnik mall is of so bad quality that in any way is not worth rs 1499, the quality of saree is worst.in short it's a total disaster. Product in photograph in adbertise is totally different from the actual pruduct i got. I requested to return my money but their customer care never pick calls no reply on mail.
