Hi this is Ganesh Reddy MUNAGALA, I have written my TOEFL test 4times in this year, For the 4times they are not releasing my score, everytime they are sending a mail, That you taken assistance during the test, I have written my TOEFL test on my own, if they given chance na i will prove my self, I have spent nearly 65k rupees for TOEFL IBT TEST for 4times.i need reschedule for TOEFL IBT TEST otherwise Refund.....

Iam writing this mail regarding the payment refund request, while I am trying to booking the Toifel slot my payment has done through the QR code generated by ETS site. payment has created to Marcheant account, but slot wasn’t book.

In addition to that I tryed to pay 2 nd time through UPI, this time slot has booked and slot booked successfully!

They are truly the worst customer services ever. No response for weeksç when they respond they always provide same links that already written on the website.

My questions anot answered my problem got nor resolved. I cannot get access to my free practices tests and no one ever know how i will get it.

Also nobody has the answer of if these tests have time limits or not. I urge people not using ETS ever....

PLEASE READ. (ETS ID:53EH81DG) I wasted 170 USD as a student, hundreds of dollars private classes, entire year of stress and THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT PROBLEM IS ON MY END, WHILE I AM HAVING SCREENSHOOTS OF CONVERSATION AS A PROOF. I paid the home edition test of ETS english exam. After checking all the requirements alonside the proctor they assigned to me, she told me to press the start button. After that, the app closed itself and the test ended.
I messaged ETS and the very moment of the inccident, but they answered months after saying that It was my fault beause of running unauthorized software at the time of the exam.

The test could not be started due to an error in the ETS application in spite of my system meeting all ETS & ProtorU requirements & receiving a go ahead from the proctor. After 30 mins of starting the test the proctor informs me that due to the error the test cannot be taken & I’ll have to contact ETS for the same. Inspite of repeated emails to ETS there is no response or refund for cancellation of exam for no fault of my own. Total fraud!...

I have had a devastating experience with ets team regarding the test results. I aspire to go to study for masters after 3 years gap and i gave the exam on jan 7th. I am still awaiting the results, i called multiple times, mailed multiple times, the amount of anxiety i cant even explain, they are not even giving proper explanations as to why this delay is happening. I have taken my toefl IBT test on December 26 2021 but I didn't receive my scores as it is under administrative review. Usually administrative review takes 2-4 weeks. As of today it been 7 weeks but I didn't receive my scores. I have called ets customer service no reply from them.

I have taken my GRE on 8th January 2022. It is mentioned that the scores will be available in 10 to 15 days after the examination. But it is been 30 days and I neither received my official scorecard nor a reply to my mail....

My TOEFL Home test that was taken on Dec 5th 2021. There were no problems or any issues during the test but, instead of the promised scores in 5-7 days, my test still has the "scores on hold" status.
