I had taken my GRE test on Aug 12th 2021 and i’m supposed to receive scores within 10 to 15 days but even after 22 days i haven't received my scores and i had mailed them several times regarding this to ets and testing integrity but still not received any proper reason.I need to apply to universities soon for spring 2022 intake and so i need to received my scores soon. Please help me resolve this issue soon

Can neither login into my gre account nor create a new account
Sir,
I've been trying to register for ets gre account, and it is showing user name not available. I've tried all possibilities including only numbers for user name.Ican't even access my ets account, it is displaying 'Oracle access manager error'. I just wanted to know if anyone knows a better way to complain about the iBT TOEFL test conditions.
I am aware of the fax number they give you to send a written complaint (which I already did), and some other suggestions like to complian to the attorney general (which I will do).
How about a organisation that supervises / audits / monitors ETS - does such an organization exist?
It is outrageous that such an important matter (TOEFL exam), which may and will influence one's future is not monitored by a third party.
Specifically, a couple of weeks ago I took the iBT test and the conditions were awful - the biggest of which was of course the other test takers talking lound, trying to overtalk each other.
How on Earth can someone concentrate when a bunch of persons are talking loud around you?

I had given my TOEFL examination conducted by ETS online on 25 October 2009.I was supposed to receive my score card after 4-5 weeks,but till today i have not yet received it.They have dispatched the letter on 6 November.I called them and have made sure that they have dispatched my letter on the mentioned date.The letter after arriving in India through air mail,have been dispatched to me through Indian postal service.But i believe that the letter has been misplaced somehow and so i have not yet received it.Please see to this matter and help me out here because this letter is very important for me to apply for visa.

I completely agree with the complaint.
I have a daughter taking TOEFL internet based exam in Nov 2009 and until now (Feb 3, 2010) have not received the TOEFL score record yet, menawhile it is urgently needed now.
I just don't understand in the todays modern era, ETS could not send the record via registered mail (UPS, DHL or FEDEX). I have asked to offer this registered mail to speed up the delivery but they rejected. I have told them that the cost will be in my account. DHL is also willing to pick up the record in their office but again they rejected.
Please ETS help us with this situation. We took TOEFL test and pay a lot of money for the test because we need it. Delay about 3 months from the test date to get the record I think is unacceptable. Hope you can find the solution or acccept my offer to use DHL as mentioned above.

Charges money but doesn't fulfill it
I have taken the GRE exam on 7th april 2009 and the score card hasn't arrived till now and even the universities didn't recieve the score the 1st time so i had to send the score again and they charged me $20 per university and now i have taken the TOEFL on 25th july and the same problem persists,but this time the deadlines are very close and the universities are asking me to report the score as early as possible but this company just keeps on screwing every time,i don't understand why such a big company would hire such cheap mail services which don't even offer any type of tracking facility even though it is a non profit company.
