Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior and Delay in GRE Score Release

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with ETS due to the unprofessional behavior and the prolonged delay in releasing my GRE scores. It has been more than a month since I took the GRE on September 17, 2023, and I have not received my test scores. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, my experience with ETS has been far from satisfactory.
I have submitted a complaint on the Better Business Bureau portal, but the responses I have received have been inadequate and unprofessional. As a test-taker who has followed all the protocols and deadlines, I believe it is my right to receive my scores in a timely and professional manner.
The unexplained delay in providing my test scores has caused severe disruption in my academic and career plans. I am unable to proceed with applications and opportunities that depend on these scores. This situation is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on ETS's commitment to its customers.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect a clear explanation for the delay and a commitment from ETS to ensure that this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior does not affect other test-takers in the future.

Refund not received - Amount debited but test order was Unsuccessful.
I have added the test in cart and paid the amount of 17000 Rs. using UPI Scan on September 13, 2023. The order was not successful after amount was debited. I immediately reached ETS website Chat and asked them for resolution. They gave me Gre India email and told me to contact them. I keep sending emails explaining the same with proofs of debited account statement etc. They sent me a common reply mail but no resolution yet. I started calling them from then till now, they are saying that their software has issues. Then what else I should do. They should inform people "take GRE exams only if students want to get scammed by their portal". I need proper resolution and complete refund of this injustice. Worst customer support and scammed website.

Not received GRE score card

I wrote my GRE exam on September 14th. Till now, I haven't received my score yet. It's around 44 days since I completed my test. As per their policy, the GRE score can be received in 4-6 weeks. I tried to reach them many times. They are saying my score is under review. Could you please help me to sort out my problem? There is no use if I haven't received my score in a week. I won't able to get a visa.

Failed to Refund for GRE Exam
My GRE test was scheduled on 23/04/2022 and my ETS ID is 9VFA3D7A.
Some technical problem occured before starting the test and the Proctor asked me to reschedule my test in the chat box . On the same day i have mailed the GRE support regarding this and since then i have been waiting for the response but i haven't received any information. I have also informed that i had planned for August - September intake. I have sent number of emails and spoke to customer care but everytime i received the same reply saying that an investigation is going on... Its been almost 3.5 months now. Atleast there has to be some time period. I have been fighting for refund since last 3.5 months but they don't respond to any mail and ask me to contact the third party service providers, when I have contacted them, they ask me to contact Ets. There is no solution to this issue since last 3.5 months
Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible and help me out in getting my refund.

payment for cancellation not received yet

I had registered for writing the GRE test. Ref No: #[protected] But later i cancelled it. I cancelled it on 21st of June 2010. I was told that i will receive the refund of $95 in two weeks. I later confirmed my eligibility for refund through GRE customer care. Its been 6 months since i cancelled my appointment. But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I get no proper response from them. Many of my friends have similar issue.

I had registered for writing the GRE test. Ref No: #[protected] But later i cancelled it. I cancelled it on 13th august 2016. i registered for 26th september 2016 at Prometric Test Center: # 8902. Its been 3 months since i cancelled my appointment. But i haven't received the refund amount yet.

I had given my GRE examination conducted by ETS online on 6th September 2010.I was supposed to receive my score card after 4-5 weeks,but till today i have not yet received it.Please see to this matter and help me out here because this letter is very important for me to apply for visa.

I was attempting to book my gre date on Sept, 2013.
There was an error in the payment process(via visa card) and it prompted to try again. However, the amount in the credit card has been deducted and has not been refunded even after three days since the event.Please respond.
Also, when i attempted to try for booking the date again it displays 0 seats for the month of november which is very abnormal.Please help.
