I ordered a custom sculpture on etsy.com. The amount was debited but still the order was cancelled by etsy saying the transaction was not successful. I contacted the bank and they assured that the merchant has received the money on their bank account. Etsy is purely committing fraud by not giving refund or not processing the said order....

I have given order on Etsy and they sent the parcel but kolkata customs held it from 12.04.2021without giving a specific reason. I urgently required my parcel. Please dispatch my parcel as soon as possible.

My order was opened and bagged by India Postal. So I've never received my order! It was supposed to be delivered February 10, 2021. According to India Post, it was in Delhi, India on January 30, 2021 and hasn't moved since then!
