I have got meny messages and mails from eu premier mobile draw. They promissed to give me my prize money but they asked to pay 23900 INR previously.But in there website they decleared to pay via 'clic 2 pay' or 'moneybookers' but they are paying through Draft why?...

Recently, I received a message on my mobile (BSNL) that I have won a cash prize worth US$380, 000 from EU Premier Mobile Draw and asked me to contact Mr. Sidney on their email: [protected]@msn.com.
I contacted them ; but they asked me to deposit a sum of Rs. 21800/-(Twenty one thousand eight hundred)only in the name and account No. of their officer in the State Bank of India. Please guide me whether this mobile draw is genuine or fake....
