Took money with fake promises

We were already registered on MSME and our person got a call that our payment is pending for MSME certificate, our office made the payment and later realized that it was a fraud call and we are already registered and it was not a government official calling for payment. They refused to give our money back. we need our refund please stop this fraud company.

udyog aadhar registration
Sir,
I am bharathi have done online msme registration in eudyogaadhaar.org and paid fees of rs. 1800. I have also submitted details like aadhaar number, pan number, phone number, account number in that site.
After submission only i came to know that this is not the actual government website for msme registration.
But when we put udyogaadhar in google, only fake website appears first. The original government website showing below the fake website.
Kindly safe guard my details and request you to get back my money.
Details of the incident:
Date of registration : 10/09/2019
Payment id : pay_dgtfih0lqi4bti
I requested them to cancel the transaction and get my money back, but still no such actions from their end.
Kindly help us in this issue

I am chandiraprabhu, I did msme registration in this eudyogaadhaar.org site for my father.I had submitted adhaar and PAN details of my father.I have paid Rs.1850 via Razor pay .

After 10 min I received a call from customer representative and shared my father's aathaar authenication OTP unknownly ..after that there was no response from that person. They may mislead my father's e kyc details. I am going to launch the police complaint. Please help me in this regard
