that extra charges asking by Vivek gupta from parents but unfortunately Eurokids failed to controlling missuses of his brand name
No camera access, food quality is going down day by day.

Unnecessary charge demanded

Dear sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I have admitted my daughter Ms.Sakshi Roy at class-EJ, Eurokids, KARMANGHAT, HYDERABAD branch in the month of March.In all over India Eurokids branch school has been scheduled since april.while in KARMANGHAT branch the school has been scheduled from 09/06/2022.we have paid Registration fees-8750/- and Uniform fees-2300/- at the time of admission on March.Besides this total amt.rs.11050/-, The school has been demanded and collected amount rs.2300/- in the name of summer camps schedule from 6th April to 27th April.
I want that may you confirm please, any rules and regulations implemented by Eurokids central authority or by any branch?
Why the school has been started from 09/06/2022.while in other city all over India the school has been started from April?
My wife is not ok and I want to shift my wife along with my daughter Ms.Shakshi in samastipur, Bihar where is no branch of Eurokids.
If I have demanded the kits madam had told to pay additional Rs.18600/-
At the time of admission we have booked the kit by pay of rs.11050/- and my daughter has attended the school only for June and July
Due to some sudden condition I will shift Shkashi in my village samastipur, Bihar.
Madam forbidden to provide th
e kit and suggested to pay rs.18600/ additional.
So, it is humble request kindly suggest what should I do and why madam will not handover the kit plz look into the matter otherwise Eurokids reputation is will be in dark side.

complaint against euro kids unethical collection of fees

To the office of the honourable complaint board,
Respected mr. Prakash javadekar sir,
Am writing to you in distress to raise a complaint against unethical practices followed by eurokids pre-school in india.
I deepti avinash and avinash krishnamurthy are residents of pune, maharashtra.
We had taken admission for our daughter ananya avinash for class nursery with eurokids preschool, kondhwa branch, pune in the month of may 2017 by paying the first installment of fees rs. 34050/- plus rs. 500/- for the admission form.
Fortunately for us before the school started we got late admission for our daughter in a full time school where earlier we were kept in the waiting list. Upon getting admission with the full time school we immediately informed eurokids to cancel our daughters' admission which was very much in advance before the school term started. We also requested eurokids for a due refund of the fees paid by submitting a written application.
Later we were told by the school to get in touch only with the eurokids head office in mumbai for any queries regarding refund, contact person details at the head office provided to us was mr. Manab roy [mobile – [protected], email – manab. [protected]@eurokidsindia.com]. Since june 2017 we have been writing to the eurokids head office requesting for a refund for our fees paid but after many emails we only get one reply saying they have a no refund policy and we would not refund the fees under any circumstances.
Our current financial situation is not very strong and rs. 34550/- is not a very small amount for us and it makes a big difference in managing our household and our child’s education.
It is very sorry though that in a country where our people and government are fighting its biggest challenge being illiteracy and really working hard towards getting the girl child educated, in this very same country a eurokids exists with its unethical no refund policy and we the middle class family have to fight for our own money against a no refund policy even after considering all the below points.
1. I had cancelled my daughters admission long before the school started.
2. My daughter did not attend even a single day at eurokids.
3. I have not collected any kit whatsoever be it books, uniforms etc. From your school.
4. Eurokids has taken another admission against our daughters' cancellation of admission.
5. Also, eurokids takes admissions in excess of the permissible limit for the number of students in one class.
6. As per mercantile law it is not permissible nor legal to put a no refund policy.
We consider this as a clear case of day light robbery done by the huge corporations in india simply taking wrongful advantage of the law and order situation favouring them which leads to exploitation of the poor class indian citizens who are not left with many options.
We are contacting you as our last hope and would be highly obliged if you could help us in our current situation to obtain a refund of the fees paid by us to eurokids preschool. We do not wish to beg for monetary help but would be very grateful if you could help us fight for our basic rights to get what is rightfully due to us. This would be a very divine help towards our daughters' education.
